The Law of Attraction is a concept which has been around for many
years and applied in collaboration with many different actions and
events in life. It is the concept of controlling certain aspects of
your life with the power of your mind. The Law of Attraction has
always been a very controversial topic with many believers and just
as many non-believers. It can be quite simple to test the Law of
Attraction and see for yourself if your dominant thoughts find a
way to manifest in your life and everyday events.

Using the Law of Attraction to bring health and a more natural side
of life into your everyday routine is something more and more
people are interested in. Many people find it so difficult to stay
on a healthy path with so many fad diets, fast food restaurants and
junk food for sale everywhere you go. Using the Law of Attraction
in your everyday life can significantly help you when it comes to
your health goals. First, you must understand that it is your full
and honest belief in this system which provides the results you are
looking for. If you have doubts or are not sure about the Law of
Attraction than you cannot expect results.

To fully understand the Law of Attraction it is important to think

John Hopkins Report On Cancer Treatment

Today I received an email from a friend on a report from John Hopkins on Cancer Treatment. I think it is worth the read, it may saves a life!

As a side note, I found the information below align with what I have written earlier on the 10 Secrets On Abundance Health (Click on the Health Label at the end of post to read those secrets). I'm glad that now more and more people are conscious of what they are eating, and their healing effects. Cheers!!

Cancer Update from John Hopkins

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body . These cancer cells do not show up in the standard
tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime
3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain
live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts)and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

f. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.

g. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

h. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence,Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

i. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
j. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave.

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well.
Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.
Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.

Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us.. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.

This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.

Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper

The dioxin problem is one of the reasons. Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Secret 9 - The Power of Faith

Wherever there is faith, there is life!

Faith is the truth you pursue of all things in life, evidents that are not yet discover. Faith is the belief of your mind. It is the solution to all things, the hopes of all expectations, and the light at the end of the tunnel. Faith is a force that can shift a mountain.

Faith can be found in daily living, in our heart and in the ultimate power above. Although many medical professionals ridicules this saying, but it is a fact that these professionals refuse to see and acknowledge.

Faith is the bridge that links our soul with the higher power, power that is even stronger than our thoughts.

We need to have faith in the ultimate power that created our universe. People give it different names in the like of god, lord, infinite intelligence, etc.. whatever we call it is not important, what's important is having faith in such power that is much stronger than ourselves.

To achieve abundant health, not only do we need nutrients for our body, we also need nutrients for our mind and soul.

Faith is the reason for those "hopeless" patients to recover from their illnesses. Doctors call it a miracle, but the miracle is the result of the patient's faith.

The opposite of faith are doubts, fears, worries and sadness. All these are destroyers of health. This may be the reason why those people with faith are healthier than others, and recover faster when fallen sick.

Faith itself is useless without actions. If you do not change your lifestyle, and live in harmony with the natural earth, all faith in the world will not be able to help you, because nothing in this world can escape the control and influences of the universe.

Faith is totally not related to religion! The creator of the universe is the creator of everything, it does not belongs to a certain groups of people. Remember, faith is something that exists inside you, you just need to go and find it. Some times we are lucky as it always come with some events, for example, a crisis! =)



Secret 8 - The Power of Love

In the ancient scriptures, love is the most powerful forces in the universe. Love has the ability to overcome everything.

There is a true story of a traveler, who went traveling to the icy grassland in North America that are covered with snow. One day, this traveler was stuck in a snow storm between 2 villages. He was cold and exhausted, and not able to move 1 more step, he lied down and prepare to die.

But then he heard the sound of a little girl crying, he pushed himself up, crawl towards the sound, and finally found the little girl lying in the snow. He held the girl tightly in his chest, using his body to give her warmth. He decided to save this little girl. After walking for about 100 feet, they came to a little hut which belongs to the little girl. This traveler had not only saved the life of the little girl, he had saved his own life too.

This is what we call true love. Love without conditions, without asking for returns, and when we are helping other people, we are helping ourselves.

There are many laws in the universe, and the greatest of them all is the law of love. Because love is strongest and everlasting. With love, we can overcome all adverse circumstances, difficulties and illnesses. It is the most important condition to win the battle against illnesses.

Love is very important to health, as it is essential factor of life. Without it, life will lost its direction and meanings. Hatred, selfish, anger are all opposite of love, and these will create toxins in our body and harms us just like chemical toxins.

People with love recovers faster from illnesses. This is because when we feel love, our white blood cells will increase, special hormones will be released, helping us battle stress and pains, and as a result, patient's condition will improve. Few years ago, a hospital in London did an experiment to prove the effect of love on recovery. The night before patients went for their operation, the doctor in charge will visit each of them and explain to them the operation procedures. During this experiment, the doctor while talking to the patients, he must held their hands, and show them more concerns and cares. The results proven that those patients that are given more concerns and cares recovered on average 3 times faster than other patients.

We always receive love when we give. Therefore, we feel good when we help someone without conditions. The more we give, the more we receive. And with love, we can have abundant health.

Secret 7 - The Power of Posture

The design of our body is not suitable for long hours of sitting.

Your postures - the way you stand, the way you sit, the way you walk and all other postures are closely related to your health.

The systems and organs in our body require 2 things to function properly and healthily.
1. Good blood circulation
2. Good Nerve conduction

Blood transports nutrients and oxygen to all parts of our body, and cleanse our body systems while Nerve conduction is a must for igniting energy. Without one of them, our body systems will start to rot away. And posture controls the blood and nerve circulation in our body, as bad posture will block our blood and nerve circulation through pressures from badly positioned muscles and joints.

Looking at our spine, there are many blood vessels that went through them, and if we are not sitting in a proper posture or bend our back, these blood vessels will be squeezed and body systems and organs that depends on these vessels will be starved of the necessary oxygen and nutrients.

Therefore, bad posture will weaken the chest muscles, causing respiratory diseases. And weak abdominal muscles will affect the digestive systems to properly function, and often causing indigestion.

Posture not only affects our health, it also affects our moods.

How we stand usually will affect our mood. When a person is depress, his shoulder will drop and his back slightly bend, and eyes are looking down. Once we understand the connection between posture and mood, we can change our postures to control our moods and overcome depression. Postures alone cannot cure depression, but by changing to a posture of a confident and happy person, it helps to make the person feels better.

The first step to correcting our postures is self conscious! When you are aware of the importance of postures, you body will instinctively adjust itself to a better posture. A healthy posture cannot be forced. It must be natural and relaxed. When you lift your head, your shoulder and knees should be relaxed and not locked.

To cultivate having healthy postures, we must start with self conscious. Always be aware of our standing, sitting and walking postures, and start taking notice of your habits, and whenever you realized you are in a bad postures, take a deep breath and imagine you are slowly being pulled and straightened by a strength. Self conscious and correcting bad habits are very important.

The secret to correct posture is Balance.

Exercising over long term that uses only one side of your body will hurt our postures and causes unbalance. Tennis is a good example of imbalance as it only uses one hand to play. Parents who carry their baby in one hand is another example. Therefore, in order to have a correct and balance posture, we must correct the imbalance part. If we always play tennis, at the end of the game, we must stretch our shoulder to the opposite direction, if we always carry our baby in one hand, then we must always change and use the other hand.


Secret 8 - The Power of Environment

Fresh air, natural sunlight and low radiation are healthy environment a human body needs.

Our office are full of electronic devices in the like of computers, artificial lightings, projectors, air conditioners and others which emit high level of radiation and created unhealthy and unnatural working environment.

If we desire health, then we must create a healthy environment. We must ensure that our working, sleeping and living environments are healthy.

Fresh Air
Let's start with fresh air. We can go weeks without foods, few days without water, but we cannot survive without oxygen for a few minutes. But, a lot of people are working in air-conditioned offices and factories where the stale air is being recycled over and over again. How can we be healthy in such environment? We must open our windows and let the fresh air come in.

If your office is full of pollutants and chaotic, and outside are filled with smoke and dust, then you can either change your job, ask your boss to provide a air freshener or continue to suffer and breath in rotten and stale air.

Sunlight
It is a fact that we need sunlight to live. But in this world, anything that is overdose is harmful to our body. If we are exposed under intense sunlight for too long, there is a chance of getting sunburn, aging and even skin cancer.

Without sunlight, our body cannot produce Vitamin D, and without vitamin D, we cannot metabolic our calcium and therefore not able to manufacture bones and teeth. Without sunlight, the pineal gland will unable to operate, and pineal gland is extremely small but very important gland in our brain. It helps to adjust the density of our blood sugar and influence our hormone and mood.

Electromagnetic Radiation
Some components in the electromagnetic radiation from electrical devices like computer, projectors and others are harmful to our health. More and more signs have demonstrated that radiation amount not only related to migraine and skin cancer, it is even related to leukemia, unable to conceive and other cancers.

Secret 5 - The Power of Laughter

Laughter is best medicine to cure illnesses and removes pain.

When we are laughing, our brain releases a chemical "endorphin" which is a natural pain killer, and it also improves our immune system. Laughing can strengthen our breathing, and let our heart and lungs practice absorbing more oxygen, and having enough oxygen is very beneficial to our body.

Furthermore, laugh can help the movement of intestines, and circulate blood to all important organs.

Researches have shown that after a person has laughed, it is easier for him to concentrate, and laughing is also very efficient in reducing stress.

When you are under stress, try to look around for something that is interesting and will make you laugh. In our life, whatever we look for, we will receive it. If you look for miracles, you will be walking towards a miraculous life, but if you always think of disasters, your life will be full of them.

Everybody has experience of very depress and unhappy incident, but a few months later he can look back and joke about it to his friends. If you can laugh at the incident a few months later, why can't you see the funny side of it right at that moment when it happens? Life is like a movie, whether it is a comedy or tragedy depends entirely on YOU the director!



Secret 6 - The Power of Resting

Resting allows your body, psychology and spirit to recover. It is impossible to receive abundant health if your brain and body do not receive sufficient rest. This is a simple and yet often neglected fact.

Everything on earth, from animals, plants and even a plot of plantation requires rest. But we human always busy with our work, the pressures and stress are accumulated everyday until we always feel tired and prone to illnesses.

Proper rest in both Physiology and psychology is the fundamental of a healthy living.

It is scientifically proven that if we are relax both physically and mentally, it can reduce our body oxygen requirement by about 50%, reduce the work burden of our heart by about 30%, and at the same time reduce our high blood pressure. The research has also pointed out that after we rest, both the alertness and reaction in our brainwave will improve, and short term and long term memory also improve significantly.

A good quality sleep can reduces the possibility of headache, increases stamina and improves health condition. Therefore rest is very important in improving our family and social relationship, and even more so on personal health.

In order to receive a good rest, you must learn to relax your brain. Everyday, we must find time to stop everything we are doing, and did some pondering, contemplating and relaxes. Usually, it is difficult for most people to continuously working for more than 1 hour without losing their concentration. Therefore, every hour of working, we should give ourselves a 10 minutes break, so that our tired body and mind can relax. This is both good for our health and our work.

Sleeping is very important, and even if you sleep a lot, it does not mean you are resting well. Everybody needs 6-8 hours of sleep everyday. But a proper rest requires peaceful and Tranquil attitude, or else your brain will still keep disturbing you even when you are sleeping. Many people worry about small and insignificant things, and this will affect our rest.

There are 2 steps method that can help you to stop worrying and enter the world of tranquility.

Step 1 - Do not worry about small things in life.
Step 2 - Everything in life is small thing.

Whenever you feel stressed or tensed up, you can ask yourself this question. "In 10 years time, will anybody still cares about it?" If the answer is nobody, then this is a small thing, therefore, you should not waste time worrying about it!

Another method to ensure you have enough rest is, for every 7 days, 1 day must be used specifically for resting. This day, you must forget everything in the office, your bills or even social threats. This day is for you to enjoy with your family, release the tension that have been accumulated for the past 6 days, and have a good rest!

One more method to help you relax is Deep Breathing. The benefits of deep breathing includes helping the brain and body to relax.

All these are fundamentals of having a good rest.

10 Secrets To Abundant Health (Part 3)

Sorry guys, supposed to write this early, but too many unforeseen circumstances has resulted in the delay.

Meanwhile, I am changing the title of all the secrets, not drastically, just change the word secret to power, because after reading the story again, I realized it is more accurate to use "The Power of Nutrition" instead of "The Secret of Nutrition".


Secret 4 - The Power of Nutrition


To have abundant health, you must watch what you eat, how you eat and when you eat. You need abundant source of nutrition, to have abundant health.

1st rule to Healthy Eating - Choose Foods That Are Whole, Fresh And Non-processed.

Good nutrients are like building a house, do not get materials from bits and pieces from everywhere.

Processed foods are foods that have all its nutrients taken out, for example, white bread, white sugar and even those breakfast cereal. Most vitamins, nutrients are being removed or destroyed during the processing, leaving only sugar and starch. Although advertisement always indicated their foods are full of vitamins, what they actually did was removing all the natural nutritious ingredients, and then add in artificial vitamins into the food.

In order to receive other important nutrients which is lacking in these foods, our body will have to extract them from our own bones and systems. In the long run, our body will be depleted of all the important nutrients. Therefore, processed foods in actual fact are robbing necessary valuable resources from our body.

Non-processed foods are fruits and vegetables; Whole grain foods in like of brown rice, whole grain bread, barley, oats etc as well as beans, nuts and seeds. All these are basic healthy dietary foods, which is rich in Protein, Carbohydrate, Vitamins, Minerals and Fatty acids. If possible, organic foods are the best.

The 2nd rule to Healthy Eating - Good Nutrition Require Good Digestion.

Eating at the right time and right attitude is the key to good digestion. When you are eating, you should be in a relax mood. When you slowly chew your food, your mouth will secretes more saliva to help in breaking down the carbohydrate, and your stomach acid will be produced more easily to digest the grain type of foods.

But the most important key to healthy digestion is the time you eat. Our body Metabolism rate is much slower at night than in the day, which means that the amount of calories burn at night is lesser. That's why you put on more weight from eating large amount of food at night than in the day. Going deeper, if you eat late at night, you will not be able to get good quality sleep because your digesting system has to work over night, and your brain has to emit signals to your intestines to produce chemicals necessary for digestion, and therefore not able to rest.

When you are tired or very stressed up, your digesting system cannot function properly, and therefore it is not a good time to eat.

The 3rd rule to Healthy Eating - Never Eat Too Full!

Too much foods in your stomach will greatly reduce the efficiency of your digestion, and too much calories will produce excess fats, which in turns will caused your heart and joints to be overly burdened.

The 4th rule to Healthy Eating - 70% of What You Eat Must Be Food With More Water

Eat foods that have more water such as fruits. Earth is made up of 70% water, and human body is also made up of 70% water, so isn't it making sense to take in 70% of foods that have more water? Only water from foods are pure and clean, and not contaminated like our daily drinking water. Therefore, drinking more water is not as good as taking in foods with more water.

The 5th rule to Healthy Eating - Avoid The Five Cells Terminator.

Cells Terminator are foods that are harmful to your health, because they will destroy the cells in your body. You must avoid eating these foods, the lesser you eat, the more beneficial it is to your body.


Cells Terminator 1 - Processed Sugar


Sugar can easily destroy your teeth, and worse, it will deplete your body's important resources and damage your immune system. 6 teaspoons of sugar will reduce the number of white blood cells by 25%. The more sugar you eat, the more white blood cells that fight the germs in your body will be destroyed.

Sugar often takes the form of other foods in the like of candies, chocolates, cold drinks, pastries and biscuits. Even canned fruits and vegetables have sugar added.

These animals never see the daylight, and are injected with Antibiotic to prevent diseases spreading, fed with hormones for faster growth and as a result, meat from these animals are filled with all sorts of chemicals and toxins.

Organic meat are better than normal meat, but still unhealthy. Meat contains very high saturated fats which will caused the red blood cells to become sticky and block the arteries.

Contrary to common belief, meat does not give you energy. Our body required burning Carbohydrate to produce energy, but meat contains very little Carbohydrate. Instead, it contains a lot of fats and protein, and excess protein in our body produces excess Nitrogen which causes a person to become tired.

Furthermore, contrary to popular belief that meat strengthen our bones, those people who consumes a lot of meat have bones that are more fragile. This is because meat contains a lot of uric acids. Our body can remove about 8 grains of uric acids everyday, but a quarter pounder burger already contains 16 grains of uric acids. These excess uric acids will cause gout and absorb calciums from your bones.

Fish is better than meat, but it is no longer healthy food. Now our oceans are so contaminated that a government has announced that half of its fishes are found to have mutated cells. And those fishes that are rear in fish farms are just like those animals raised in factories. They are fed with antibiotics, hormones and chemicals to make their color brighter.


Cells Terminator 3 - Dairy products

There are 20% of population that is not capable of producing our own Lactase, and therefore these people are not able to breakdown the sugar in the milk - Lactose. At the same time, every 4 out of 5 person are allergy to casein.

Dairy products are the most destructive foods you ever eat. They will create large amount of sticky substance in your body, and these sticky substance will form a layer of blockage in your stomach and intestines, and this will affects the nutritions to pass through. These sticky substance will also accumulate in the lungs and easily causes breathing problems including Bronchitis and asthma. And the large amount of fats in dairy products will cause heart related illnesses.

The calcium in diary products usually cannot be properly absorbed by our body, and often accumulated at our joints and causes Arthritis. If accumulated at the arteries walls, it will caused the hardening of the arteries.

Human can received calciums from vegetables and grains. A glass of crushed Cauliflower contains more calcium than a glass of milk.


Cells Terminator 4 - Refined salt

Human body requires sodium, which can be found in a lot of vegetables and fruits, for example, tomatoes, Celery, Spinach, Sea cabbage, carrot and even strawberry.

Too much sodium is harmful. Most people have consume too much sodium from refined salt. For example, your body requires about 3000 mg of sodium, depending on your living habits, because you may lose a lot of sodium through sweating. But 1 teaspoon of refined salt contains about 2000 mg of sodium! In the long run, if a person consumes a lot of canned foods and processed foods, he will be absorbing 4-5 times more sodium than required.

Refined salt is inorganic sodium, which went through processing and bleaching. If you need to consume salt, go for sea salt as it is unprocessed and not bleached, and contains a lot of important minerals and elements our body required.

Overdose of salt will restrict oxygen from entering our body's cells, and increase the risk of high blood pressure. This is the reason why patients with heart, liver and lungs problems are prescribe with low salt diet by their doctors.


Cells Terminator 5 - Tea, Coffee and Liquor

Tea, coffee and liquor are stimulants that are harmful to our body. Both tea and coffee contain Caffeine that is addictive. The amount of caffeine in 2 cup of tea or coffee is enough to stimulate your brain and causes blood sugar to level to rise. Initially you will feel alert, but soon after your blood sugar will drop to very low and you will feel more and more tired.

If you notice, a few cups of tea and coffee will causes you to become easily nervous, heart beats faster and sometime even causes your hands to shake! Caffeine not only stimulate your nervous system and increase blood sugar level, it also causes blood pressure to increase, damage intestines, harms your kidney, and burns away all the vitamin B that are stored in your body.

Low amount of tea and coffee is harmless to our body. But if more than 2 cups a day, it will start hurting our body.

10 Secrets To Abundant Heath (Part 2)

Wow.. I just realized that Part 1 of 10 Secrets To Abundant Health is my 100th post! This is amazing, imagine when I just started this blog, I was afraid that I have nothing to post!

Now this is my 101 post, let's see when I will reach my 200th post! yeah!!

Hopefully you have been trying the breathing technique, it is a bit weird initially as we not used to hold the breath so long, but after a while you will kind of get used to it. According to the book, by practicing the breathing technique, you will feel energize within 10 days!

And the only way to find out whether it is true is... yes you are right.. just do it!

Secret 3 - The Power of Exercise

Aerobic exercise refers to exercise that is of moderate intensity, undertaken for a long duration. Aerobic means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in a muscle's energy-generating process. Quick walk, jogging, cycling and swimming are good example of aerobic exercise.

Regular Aerobic exercise will lower your blood pressure and also reduce the cholesterol level in the blood. Furthermore, exercise will improve the joints movement, prevent arthritis and keep the bones healthy.

Long time without exercising will cause the muscles to shrink, poor blood circulation and causes the calcium in the bones to be drained away and resulted in Osteoporosis.

Exercise is also very important to our mental health. Most people do not know that, the less you exercise, the more you will become introvert, paranoid, stress and easily depressed. Our emotion is affected by our actions, and clinical trials had proven that exercise can help a person to release some of their distress, which includes tension and depression.

Before exercise, you must warm up to prevent injury. If you have not exercise for a long time, take it slowly, do not exercise too much, give your body time to adjust, and slowly increase the intensity over time.

Choose an exercise that you like, make yourself sweat and let your heart beat faster. Make your breathing deeper and faster. Do it everyday for at least 30 minutes and you will feel the difference within 10 days.

Today I can only managed to translate one secret. Sorry about that. There are too many terms that I need to search the internet for the correct words and in the end I took more than 1 hour just to finish this secret.

Heath is the most important value to live an exceptional life. Without it, you cannot do anything even if you have millions of dollars, and health is the area I needed to work on most.

Everybody envy the healthy living that is full of energy. But with current level of medical science, why are there more and more terminal diseases appearing? Why are there so many people suffering from lifestyle illnesses? Other than the serious damaged environment we are living in, will it be possible that these are the results of people living against the harmony of nature?

From today onwards, I will be sharing the Secrets to abundant health, and let's applied these new learned knowledge and start living our healthy life we all deserved.

Secret 1 - The Power of Thoughts

All diseases originated from our thoughts, because your thoughts controlled your body.

Everyday we can see the effects of thoughts, e.g. Your face turns red when you are embarrassed, turns white when in shock, and when you are nervous, your palms will sweat and knees will knock!

Therefore, we can use visualization to control our thoughts, and use it to heal our body. The power of thoughts can overcome all pains, heals all illnesses, and helps you to create abundant health.

Example of visualization, a person with tumor in his brain can visualize the tumor in his head, then picture many little sharks eating away the tumor until it is completely gone. Repeat this every morning and night. You can use all kinds of visualization, you are only limited by your imagination.

There is another technique which is called the healing declaration. You declare the type of positive outcome you desire, and keep repeating this declaration over and over again everyday, until it is imprint in your mind and subconscious and becomes part of you.

By controlling your thoughts, and guiding them to the positive outcome, you will be able to cure all illnesses.


Secret 2 - The Power of Breathing

Deep breathing has great impact on our health. If you want to have a healthy body, you must learn how to breath correctly.

Breathing is necessary to sustain life. Our body can go without food for a week, few days without water, but without oxygen, we will die within minutes. Every breath we took in, we are helping our body to receive nutrients, as oxygen is the medium used in our bloodstream to transport nutrients to all parts of our body and produce energy. Therefore, to help our body to efficiently transport nutrients, we need to breath correctly.

Breathing also control our lymphatic system, which includes the white blood cells that are protecting our body against germs and virus. After the required nutrients are absorbed by our cells, the remaining toxins will be removed by our lymphatic system. There are 2 methods to improve the lymphatic system, and that is exercise and deep breathing. Research shows that with the combination of exercise and deep breathing, it can improve the efficiency of our lymphatic system by 15 times.

The following breathing technique is proven in clinical tests to having the most positive effect on improving our lymphatic system and blood circulation.

1. Breath in 1 beat
2. Hold your breath for 4 beat
3. Breath out in 2 beat

For example, if you takes 4 seconds to breath in, then you will hold your breath for 16 seconds, and use 8 seconds to breath out. Use this breathing method and repeat for 10 times. Do not force yourself, start with 3-4 seconds of breathing in, then slowly increase.

When you are breathing out, your lymphatic system is clearing the toxins in your body. And when you are holding your breath, it gives your blood ample time to fully oxidized and therefore give more energy to your lymphatic system.

Another one in four people cannot taste PROP and are called "taste blind." Their problem is they may tend to overeat, making up in quantity what they are missing in taste. If this includes you, and you tend to be indiscriminate in what you're eating, you'll want to take care to emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans, and to be very cautious about fatty foods and their hidden calories.

* A gene on chromosome 7 makes leptin, the appetite-taming hormone. In 1997, English researchers reported the case of two cousins who became extremely obese very early in life. They demanded food continuously and ate much more than their siblings. At age 8, one weighed 189 pounds. She had so much trouble walking she had to have liposuction of her legs. Her cousin was only two years old but already weighed 64 pounds. It turned out they shared a rare mutation blocking the leptin gene. With no leptin to curb hunger, their appetites were voracious.

You are not likely to have this same gene abnormality. However, your leptin may not be working perfectly either. Very-low-calorie diets disrupt its appetite-taming effect, causing your appetite to run out of control. The key to keeping leptin working right is to avoid severe calorie restrictions. If you eat at least 10 calories per day per pound of your ideal weight, you are unlikely to run into serious problems.

* A gene on chromosome 8 builds LPL, the key enzyme that stores fat in your cells. It waits along the walls of the tiny blood vessels that course through your body fat, and its job is to extract fat from your bloodstream and pass it into your fat cells for storage. If your LPL is doing its job a little too well, you can change this genetic tendency by choosing foods that have little or no fat in them. Once again, vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains are your best friends.

* The hormone insulin, coded on chromosome 11, is part of your body's system for increasing your metabolism after meals. Depending on the type of foods you choose, you can help insulin spark a pronounced after-meal burn that releases calories as body heat rather than storing them as fat. Low-fat, vegan diets, along with regular exercise, make insulin more efficient.

* Believe it or not, exercise aptitude is largely biological, too. People who love to go for a five-mile run at the crack of dawn are genetically different from other people. They are endowed with a better capillary network that brings oxygen to working muscles and a more efficient fuel-burning mechanism. If you did not get these genetic advantages, you can do the next best thing. If you begin a regular exercise program and stick with it, your muscle cells begin to look more and more like those of natural athletes.

There is no need to be daunted by your family heritage. Yes, some of us will always be bigger and others smaller. But with a healthy, low-fat diet and regular physical activity, your genes can stop working against you and start working for you.

Nutrition Tip of the Week: Most Adults Do Not Get Enough Calcium

Did you know three out of four American adult's don't meet their daily calcium needs?

Calcium helps keep bones and teeth strong and helps muscles to contract and the heart to beat.

A lack of calcium results in the bone-thinning disease osteoporosis, which affects millions of American men and women. A good reason to try and get the recommended 1,200 - 1,500 milligrams each day.

Contrary to popular belief, the best source of calcium is not dairy products such as milk, yogurt and cheese. Although there may be more milligrams of calcium in dairy products - the calcium found in dairy is not readily useable by the human body.

The best source of calcium has always been dark green vegetables. The calcium in vegetables is already in a fully digestible state, plus it's combined with all the other nutrients necessary for optimum absorption, unlike calcium found in dairy products.

Genes do influence our size and shape, but studies clearly show that if you change your diet and lifestyle, you can override hereditary effects to a great degree. Contrary to popular understanding, genes are not dictators; they are committees. They do not give orders; they make suggestions. You can counteract your fat genes and boost your thin genes.

These people avoid grapefruits and never go near black coffee.

Although their acute taste sense is generally an advantage, the downside is they may avoid healthy vegetables, such as broccoli or cabbage, that have a hint of bitterness. If this group includes you, you'll want to find ways to flavor these healthy vegetables so you will include them in your routine.
