Edison Chen And His Scandal Photos

Recently, someone has been circulating scandalous nude photos of Edison Chen and famous actress like Gillian Chung, Bobo Chan, and Cecilia Cheung making it out on bed.

Initially, when the photos just started circulating, the actresses involved ferociously denied that they are real, and threatened to sue the person who circulate. They insist that the photos are doctored and they have never done such a thing.

Soon the polices are involved and people are locked up for questioning, more and more evidence proved that these photos are real. The same actress that shouted foul now cried in front of media, said they are being "victimized", and one even attempted suicide...

And all these while, Edison remains silence, until recently he recorded a short video to publicly apologize to the actress that are involved and asked all who have downloaded the photos to delete them.

I like the reaction of Edison, he did not choose to hide, deny the facts or lie through his teeth, but instead, he choose to answer for his action, and apologize to the "victims".

While for the ladies, perhaps it is too shameful for them to admit, and therefore they choose to lie and threaten..

I just hope that this is a lesson for everyone, if you do not want anybody to find out certain thing, DONT DO IT! We must be matured enough to answer for our own actions. And if we choose to do it, at least be brave enough to admit and face it.

P.S. Do I have the photos? Yes I do! hahaa.. I am curious! But sorry I will not share them, as these are not something that should be circulated. But if you are really curious, just do a search on Google and you can find them easily!

Follow One Course Until Successful

This morning while reading the book "Why We Want You To Be Rich" by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki, I came across this acronym for the word "Focus" which I find very meaningful!

F = Follow
O = One
C = Course
U = Until
S = Successful

Many times we tried once, then twice, then 3rd times.. it just doesn't seems to work. You persevere and keep trying.. you revise the mistakes, change the methods, but it still fails.. finally you give up, believing that you have tried your best and concluded that Success just doesn't belongs to you.

But once you choose to give up, you FAILED! It doesn't matter you have only tried once or 100 times, the result is still the same. You FAILED. The moment you give up, you FAILED!

If Edison gave up after 900 times, we will not have the world we are living in today!

Success is not a single step journey, it has a lot of steps to take, and each failed attempt is just another step closer to the final destination. You can take a rest if you are too tired, but never ever give up until you reached your destination. That is the only way to Success!

Cheers!

Life Is So Fragile

Its been more than a month since I last post. Please accept my most sincere apology.

I have decided to take a break, as I was feeling overwhelmed and desperately requiring a time off. Well, my initial short break turns out to be longer than I expected!

In actual fact, I am still not fully ready to come back... but something else happened that changed my mind. I have just learned the news of my friend who just passed away in an accident in Yale. I am not close to him, but still.. the news has shaken me a little...

Suddenly I felt that life is so unpredictable.. so fragile.. Pierre was pursuing his dreams and studying in Yale.. when the future looks so bright and promising, a freak accident is all it took to destroy everything...

We will never know what's going to happen to us tomorrow.. make our life worthwhile today.. live it to the fullest, leaves no regrets...

P.S. Did not expect to start my blog with such a sad news.. sorry about it...

P.S.S Sincere apology to those who email me and I did not reply.. please do email me again

What Is The Difference Between Honesty And Integrity?

Hi guys, Thank you for all the comments. Really appreciate them.

Please accept my sincere apology for not able to post another article sooner. I do not want to use an excuse for lack of time, I would rather say i need to improve my time management skills quite significantly!

Today I saw a comment from Erin for my post on "Maintaining Honesty And Integrity", an article I have excerpted from Jim Rohn's weekly ezine, and I wanted to reply his question in this new article instead of just a comment, as i think this a very good discussion.

Erin said...

Albert,
Way to go for looking at your weakness, taking ownership of it and working to get out of debt. Very commendable. So many people just try to ignore it in hopes it goes a way.

Honesty and integrity are BIG values to attain. Through diligent and constant attention I think we can all achieve these values. I think the most difficult part in achieving them is in finding their essence and true definition. How would you differentiate between these two? What values do you feel are most crucial for their achievement???

Hi Erin, thank you for your comments. =D

Personally I believe that Honesty and Integrity are 2 very important values in our journey of personal development. My definition of Honesty and Integrity are quite simple.

Honesty - Being truthful to others even if it means putting yourself in a disadvantage position.

Integrity - Being truthful to yourself even if you know that nobody will ever find out what you have done.

Sometime, it is easier to be honest than to maintain your integrity. Your honesty is put to test when you interact with others. If you are not being honest, there is always a chance that it will be found out by others, and therefore, it is not difficult to convince yourself that you should be honest at all time.

But it is always those moments when you are alone that put your integrity to test.

Honesty and Integrity are 2 fundamental values. To achieve and have them as part of your life, I believe you need a lot of Courage! The courage to face the fear of criticisms, the mocking, all those most cruel, evil and disastrous consequence you conjure up in your mind when you wanted to tell the truth! And after telling the truth, the courage to fear the real things, the courage to take 100% responsibility, even if it means that those scary thoughts you conjure up in your mind become reality!!

What do you guys think?

Do leave your comments if you like to join in the discussion of honesty and integrity.

Cheers!

7 Strategies To 7 Figures

I would like to share the 7 strategies Matt Morris (President and founder of Success University) used to help him achieved 7 figures income for six time repeatedly.

1. Dream BIG

You must first have a big dream if you want to achieve anything. And no matter how big is your dream, it is always too small.

2. Become an EXPERT

Become an expert in the area you wanted to excel in. You become an expert when you know more than 99% of the population. And by reading 5 books on a subject, you will know more than 99% of the population!
To absorb well and learn faster, read the books as though you are going to give a training on the subject after reading.

3. Create a Game Plan

Set a goal. Then set a deadline for your goal. Find out the purpose behind your goal. Why do you want to achieve the goal? Then create the game plan to achieve the goal with the deadline.
Breakdown your goal into smaller goals. Before you can earn $1 million, you need to earn $100,000 first. Before you earn your first $100,000, you need to earn your first $10,000. Therefore, breakdown your goal into smaller goals, and come up with the action plans to achieve them.

4. Massive Actions

Success = Work ethic * level of knowledge

When you do not have enough technical knowledge, you can always make it up with more efforts and still can achieve equal success. Therefore, massive actions = massive results.

5. Build Your Leadership

Become a leader that people wanted to follow. When you have the leadership and respects from others, they will be more willing to listen to you and follow your direction. And the way to become a leader is to become an EXPERT. Yes, read at least 5 books on leadership and become an expert, practice and do it until people start listening and follow you.

6. Build Your Vision

You become what others are saying about you. When people around you do not believed in your vision, you will start to have doubt in it. When people around you support your vision, you will be more motivated to achieve it. Therefore, move away from negative people and hang around with people who believe in you.
Furthermore, your experience in life will affect your vision. The past does not equal future. Do not let past negative experience become your excuses. What you say about yourself, what you say most everyday, is what you will become. Therefore, self affirmation is very important, make sure you are conscious of what you are saying, and replace all negative comments to positive. Remember that our subconscious mind cannot differentiate Rights from Wrongs and accept whatever information you feed it.

7. Take 100% Responsibility

Be 100% responsible for all results. Whatever problems you encountered, do not blame it on others. Take full responsibility. When you blame it on others, be it the weather, the unexpected incidents, or even sabotages from rivals, you become helpless. You cannot control what others are doing, and therefore when you blame it on them, you give up the chance to improve the situation. When you take 100% responsibility, you take it upon yourself, and when the results are not within expectation, you will always do self examination, try to find ways to improve and therefore become much better when similar situation occur.

Above are the 7 strategies that help Matt to achieve 7 figures income. It is not difficult to follow, but perseverance is the key to success. As long as you do not give up, you will always achieve whatever you set out to accomplish, guaranteed!

May this 7 strategies help you along your journey to Great Success!

Cheers!!

Success University World Tour in Singapore

Hi all, I believe by now there should be a lot of posts on Success University World Tour in Singapore on Wednesday this week.

I'm glad that I was at the seminar, where I am the first group of people in Singapore to witness the new video and magazine.

This was also the first time that i saw Matt Morris (The president and founder of Success University) in person. I can feel his passion when he shared his Vision and Mission for Success University.

Success is not only measure by wealth. Success is measured by all areas of life in family, wealth, health and happiness!

I'm glad that I am part of this wonderful University of Success, where I can access so many great resources from so many highly successful people.

To be frank, the energy level at the seminar is a bit low, perhaps it was Wednesday night where everybody is tired after whole day at work.

But I am one of the few that is very motivated by what I saw and heard. Because Matt's vision resonate with mine. When he mentioned Warren Buffett donating US$37 billion to Charity, I smiled because that newspaper cutting is still paste in front of my office table since last year June.

Yes, I want to contribute back to the society, to help as many unfortunate people as possible. =D

Although Success University is focusing on Personal Development, I realized that most of the students are focusing on the monetary rewards. They joined for the huge residual income potential, and pay no attention to those wonderful PD courses available.

Therefore, I really hope to find friends who are focusing on Personal Development, who love to constantly improve oneself, and friends who see the true values of Success University, to immerse oneself in Personal Development materials. Of course I love the monetary rewards that comes together with it as well!

I wanted friends in Success University to come together to discuss the various topics of Personal Development, how to improve certain areas of their life, and not purely just to discuss how much they are earning from the commissions and how to earn more!

So if you are into Personal Development like me who believe in self-improvement, do take a look at Success University, and join me if you like to. The courses are definitely worth many times more than the monthly school fees.

Cheers!

P.S. I have taken a few photos at the seminar, will upload it here once I got them from my girlfriend's camera! :P

*** Latest updates - Uploaded the photos! =D 21 September 21:48hrs ***

Lessons From Evan Almighty

Recently I watched the movie "Evan Almighty" by Steve Carell. It was really funny and stupid, and I have had a really good laugh. By the way, the Evan dance was really ugly!! hahaa

But then I realized the movie was trying to bring some messages across. The very first thing I have learned was "ARK". Now then I know that ARK means Acts of Random Kindness! If we want to change the world, what we need to do is just An Act of Random Kindness at a time!

After the movie, I kept thinking about this phrase, "An Act of Random Kindness at a time". Big goals like changing the world start with small little things around us. If every person does an act of random kindness to the people, animals and environment around them at a time, this world will definitely become a much better place!

My girlfriend who watched with me remembered another scene, where god (who is played by excellent Morgan Freeman) asked, "When you pray for courage, will god gives you courage, or the opportunity to show your courage?" What a wisdom!!

God always answer your prayers! If you ask for money, he gives you the opportunity to earn the money! If you ask for wisdom, he gives you the opportunity to learn! Imagine what this world will become if everybody just suddenly becomes whatever he prays for! It will be chaotic! But God heard every prayers, and he always give you the opportunity to get what you pray for! In fact, he will keeps sending you the opportunities, again and again, until either you give up or you achieve what you pray for!

Ok, I need to clarify, I am not a Christian or belongs to any religion. I am not trying to preach here, but I have always believed that there is a god, an infinite intelligent, or whatever name you give him, that is looking after our planet earth, and everything that lives on it. And it is always easier to achieve our goals with his helps =)

I'm glad that other than laughing myself silly, I have learned something that reinforced my understanding and belief on this journey to exceptional living.

If you have not watch Evan Almighty yet, what are you waiting for??

Cheers!!

The Richest Man In Babylon

Today I have just uploaded an ebook "The Richest Man In Babylon", and if you are on my subscription list, you will receive my email to the download page soon. I will be searching for more great books to share with you guys so lookout for more emails in the coming weeks!

I first heard of "The Richest Man In Babylon" from Jim Rohn's "The Art of Exceptional Living", where he recommended this book to read.

I bought it from my local bookstore. It was a small book with 144 pages. The story revealed the secrets of how Arkad the richest man In Babylon, through his simple wealth management and financial planning, acquired more gold than a country itself. His secrets are simple, concise and easy to follow.

It is a great inspiring book that worth reading over and over again. ^_^

By the way, I am currently reading a Chinese book translated from Adam J Jackson's "Secrets of Abundant Love", "Secrets of Abundant Happiness", "Secrets of Abundant Health" and "Secrets of Abundant Wealth".

Yes, the book I read is a combination of all his 4 out of print books, together called "Secrets Collection". I tried to search for the books on the internet, but as the books are out of print, I couldn't find any place that shares the secrets taught.

So I decided to share the secrets inside the book on my blog for the next few days, and let us all learn and benefit from the secrets together!

Do check back my blog often or subscribe to my blog feeds to get the latest updates.

Cheers!

Harry Potter And His Two Sides

Today I went to watch Harry Potter with my girlfriend. Inside there was a scene where it left a deep impression on me.

Going towards the end of the movie, the evil Lord Voldemort went into the body of Harry Potter and tried to "corrupt him" to become an evil person. While Harry was struggling with the evil within, Dumbledore said to him "Everybody has both side of good and evil inside them. You just need to choose to be on the good side" (I paraphrase it because I cannot remember the exact words, sorry.. but the meaning is the same)

At the end, Harry was able to overcome the evil by focusing on love and friendship in his life.

We all have a choice to choose the path to take, to be good or evil.

I choose to be good, and happy, and loving, and healthy and wealthy.. hahaa.. yes I am greedy, I love to live an exceptional life, I hope you are too!!

Cheers!!!

A New Goal, A New Life!

I always believed that everything happens for a reason, and the results will always benefit me. I believed that there is always a lesson to learn from everything.

Today is my 31st birthday. On this very special day, I have set a goal to achieve before my next birthday. It is a very simple goal. But I have been struggling with the reasons for hours. There are only 3 things to set a goal. What? Why? and How?

Out of the 3 things, the most important is the reasons. The reasons are the motivation to pursue the goal and the strength to persist on when you met with obstacles and setback. Without a strong reason, you will not be able to carry on until the end... This is also one of the reason why I did not achieve my previous goal.

And now, I would like to commit myself here publicly in my blog, with you as my witness.

My Goal :

To earn a total of S$250,000 from Internet through affiliate marketing by 18 July 2008

My Reasons :

1. My girlfriend has always believed in me wholeheartedly that I will become very successful with my internet business. She is always there for me, trusting me and supporting me. I wanted to repay her love and trust by achieving my goal, to prove to myself and show her that she has placed her trust in the right person.

2. Until today, I am still having a total of $80,000 in credit card debts, car loan and study loan. Achieving my goal will allow me to pay off all of them, and truly enjoys the life of FREEDOM, the freedom where you do not owe anybody anything, the freedom to spend money without feeling guilty, the freedom of owning my life 100%!! Yeah!!

3. I wanted my parents to be proud of me. They do not understand internet, and they always thought that I am playing games whenever I turn on my computer. Although I have explained to them that I am doing internet business, I can feel their doubts, especially when they ask me to "Stop Playing and go to sleep" every time I am doing my marketing late into the night. If I can show them the $250,000 that I earned online, they will not only believed, they will be proud of me for this amount of money! So I MUST achieved my goal to show my parents.

I have written down my one goal and the 3 reasons for it. I did not set $1 million, because I cannot convince myself that I can achieve that in a year. (Remember SMART?) $250,000 is very difficult, but I have a silence confidence that I can achieve it..

Please do give me encouragement and support, I need a lot of it! *wink*

Thank you for taking the time to read. Really appreciate it.

You guys are the BEST!

Cheers!

Counting Down To My Goals

As all of you have noticed, the count down clock at the top of my blog has left with less than 48 hours to go. So, the natural question is, have I achieved all the goals I set down?

Sad to say, no.. I did not achieve them.

Given all the courses I have studied, theories I have applied and knowledge I have acquired, I should have achieved the goals I set down 1 year ago or at the very least, some where near.

But no, I lost my directions few months ago. The reason I put the count down clock, is to remind myself of my goals, but I have chose to ignore it for the past few months.

I need to sit down and reflect for the past 1 year, what have I done and why I lost my direction. Are my goals unrealistic, or are they not big enough for me to get excited?? I have spoken to my gf last night briefly on my problems, and through the conversation I realized that one of my main problem is my conflict of values, which always lead to my own self sabotaging.

When the clock has run down, I will reset it, and I will set a new list of goals. I will spend the next 2 days to thoroughly think through what I wanted and why I wanted to achieve them. I will write them down here in this blog, and I hope all of you will be my witnesses, to help me along this journey to living an exceptional life.

Thank you.

Can You Create Passion At Will?

In the past few days, I have participated in a thread discussion on how do you sparkle passion.

I have always believed that we all already have a passion for certain things. So it is a very natural process to feel passionate about those things when we come into touch with them. And if you do not like something, then there is no way that you can change that feeling. If you hate swimming, you hate swimming, full stop. But I also believed that some passion will change over time.

But someone in the thread has provided another school of thought. He said that you can get passionate about anything that you do, even those that you hated. You can train your thoughts and feeling to feel passionate for whatever things you wanted to do.

This message actually sparkles a lot of passionate replies!!

Do you really believed that passion can be created? Will it be fake?

Personally I feel that through proper self motivation techniques, you can get enthusiastic and motivated to do anything, including those you hated to do! Yes.. it is a higher level of self control.

But I think that the word passion is special, because it associated with love, and love is something you will not want to share with anything.

What do you think? Do you believed that you can train yourself to become passionate for anything, including things that you hate?

Do leave your comments.

Cheers!

My Personal Development Blog New Title - My Journey To Living An Exceptional Life

You must have noticed that my Personal Development Blog title has changed to

My Journey To Living An Exceptional Life

After reading back my previous posts, I realized that this Personal Development blog has taken its own life, manifesting my thoughts and learnings into a world of its own. I have initially wanted to blog on success through internet, focusing on internet business and Success University courses that teaches self development.

But some how, all the posts ended up sharing my personal experience, excerpting articles from my favorite motivational speakers and of course those touching and funny video clips.

When I look at the old Title "Albert's Internet Success Journal (Success University)", it seems no longer reflecting what my personal development blog really is. I decided to change it to current new title "My Journey To Living An Exceptional Life", this is what my blog is all about, to share my journey to living an exceptional life! (Inspired by my favorite mentor - Jim Rohn)

I will continue to share my experience, the ups and downs of embarking on this journey to Exceptional Living, I am still a long way there, but every step is a step nearer to my dreams, to my exceptional life!!

I hope you will join me on this personal development journey to living an Exceptional Life!

Cheers!

Discover Your Special Talent

Today's article is a little bit special. It is a YouTube video clips on a Unique Specialty Artiste.

The video is funny, but the important message behind is, everybody has his own special talent. It might be something that you thought is totally useless and waste of time, for example, playing with puppets, but as long as you put in the time and effort and passion and some creativity, it will become the ingredients for SUCCESS!

Especially if you have children. Observe and discover their talent, it may not be what you expected!

React And Response - The 2 R That Make Or Break Your Day

React and Response, the 2 R that make or break your day. What do I mean?

Everyday in our life, 90% of the time we are either Reacting or Responding to an event, incident or situation. You drink water because you are responding to your thirst. You yawn because you are feeling sleeping. You smile because someone smiles at you!

Reaction is a response without going through a logical reasoning. When you see a person in front of you suddenly trip and fall, your immediate reaction is to stretch out your hands and try to grab him before he lands on the floor, even if he is someone you hated. This is because you are reacting to the incident, you do not have the time to think about the situation or who is the person you trying to save!

But if you are not careful, many reactions can have serious negative impact to your day.

For example, earlier on today, I told my brother that our hair-dryer was spoiled. He went over and checked the device, and surprisingly it was working fine! My mum came over and said there was nothing wrong with the hair-dryer but the main power plug was switched off! My immediate reaction was "Impossible! I have checked the plug, I would not have made such silly mistake! Are you sure it is the switch?? You must have done something to the hair-dryer!!" The sentence just came out before I can stop it.

But immediately after saying those words, I stop myself and tried to recall, and realize that I really forgot to check the main power plug! Immediately I apologize to my mum for being rude, and joked at myself being so silly to make such a mistake! Phew... luckily she accepted my apology!

There are times when we are in a bad mood, and we react to people by being rude and offensive, and as a result, our day get worse as time passed. There are also times when we are defensive and react negatively to a comment, even if it is true.

Try to make a conscious effort to keep track of your actions, and make sure they are responses and not reactions without thinking, especially those negative reactions. And make amends immediately whenever you realized that you have reacted wrongly.

Life is short, make it beautiful!

Cheers!

Do What You Learned And Teach What You Do!

Do what you learned and teach what you do, that is the key to understanding what you are studying. Until you do and teach, you will never know what you do not know!

I have a colleague who is in charge of doing month end closing every month. On the last day of each month, she will bring out the instruction manual and follow the instruction step by step to do the closing. Yesterday when she was supposed to do the month end closing, she misplaced the instruction manual and couldn't find it. So she had to do it without the manual.

She has been doing the month end closing for the past 7-8 months so imagine the dis-believed I was having when I saw her totally lost after logging to the system! Without the instruction manual, she could not remember a single step of what she was supposed to do! It was a very simple 2 parts process with a few steps, but she just cannot remember.

For the past 7-8 months, she has been following the instructions in the manual without thinking or understanding what she is doing. So when she misplaced the manual and has to really "Do It" herself, she got stuck. She has never do what she has learned!

Do what you learned and teach what you do! Do not just read those personal development books, you can read one thousand times, but you will only truly understand and internalized them the day you do it! And when you teach someone what you are doing, you are learning and internalizing the lesson one more time. And many times, there will be questions that set you thinking in angles you never realized before and resulting in deeper understanding.

I set up this blog for a selfish reason, that is to share with everybody the knowledge i have, so that every time I share, I learned the lesson one more time.

So be selfish,

Do what you learned and teach what you do!

Cheers!

Gratitude - Be Thankful!

This morning i went to work as usual. While in the lift, a friendly old gentleman came in. We greeted each other and started chatting. He asked me where am I going? I replied "Going to work, as usual" with a tone as good as half dead.

But what the old gentleman replied has set my thoughts into spiral. He said to me, 'GREAT!! Got work means got money!"

His reply had given me a wake up call!! Why am I unhappy and dread going to work when there are millions out there who can't even find a job?? I have forgotten the most important value in life, and that is,

GRATITUDE!

Instead of being thankful for what I have already having, an understanding and caring girlfriend, parents who loved me more than themselves, stable job with appreciative boss and surrounded with loyal and true friends, I started to focus on the negative things.

I hear complains everyday from friends and colleagues on all sort of things. But if we sit down and think it through, there are many things that we can be thankful and happy about. We can focus on the good things, because it makes us feel good!

It is easy to get lost in our day to day routine, and I hope that after you read this article, think of one person that makes you feel happy and thankful, be it your kids, parents, spouse or even a friend. Tell that person, right from the bottom of your heart, that you are thankful to have him or her in your life. Try it.. You will be glad you do it when you see their reaction! *wink*

The ability to love is Man's Greatest gift

What Price Are You Willing To Pay?

What price are you willing to pay, to live the life of your dreams?

All of us have dreams.. Dreams of big houses, big cars, loving partner, wealthy lifestyle. But how many of you go after your dreams?

When you see wealthy people living luxurious lifestyle, do you feel envy and jealous? Do you feel unfair that these guys always so lucky? Have you ever asked how do these guys achieved what they have?

What we see are the results of hundreds of hours of learning, planning, failings, testings and implementing.

Lucks Are Opportunity Meets Preparation

If you only want to earn extra $2,000 a month so that you can bring your family on a vacation every year, then putting in 1 extra hour every night working on your second income will be reasonable. But if what you want is extra $200,000 a month, then 1 hour a day is being unrealistic.

So after you have set your goals, make a reality check on the price you willing to pay to achieve them. If you only willing to give peanuts of your time and efforts, then you must be prepared to accept a monkey as your reward! :P

Cheers!

Find out Everything That You Can Do!

Yesterday, I attended a free talk on "How To Write A Will", and it was very enlightening.

I asked some colleagues along, and one told me, "I'm not rich, so no need to write a will". I told her the talk is free, it does not hurt to find out more, but she refused.

I'm glad that I have attended the talk. I did not know that, without writing a will, I will potentially giving my family and loved ones a lot of problems and troubles when i pass away. Without a Will, it will take at least 1.5 years to 3 years before my family can received the money! Without a will, my family might not even allow to receive the money if they cannot find 2 guarantors to pay the deposit equivalent to the gross value of my assets!

I did not know that we do not need a lawyer to write a will, or after marriage with children, my parents are not qualify to receive anything if I died without a will!!

Now I understand the important of having a will, not just to distribute my wealth after death, but to make sure my loved ones do not need to go through all the problems and troubles trying to receive whatever I left for them, amid their grief.

It is very important to find out everything that you can do. Just like the Will Writing, my colleague, by being skeptical and refusing to find out more, her family may eventually suffered because of it.

My friend has been traveling to her work place for the past 1 year by taking a bus to MRT station, take the train and change another bus, spending almost 1 hour every day just to travel to work, and another 1 hour to return home. Until one day she met another friend, who was so surprised and told her there was a direct bus from her house to her workplace, where the bus-stop was on another road behind her office building, which the journey takes only about half an hour!

My friend has been spending extra money, extra 1 hour traveling time everyday for the past one year, just because she did not find out all the possible traveling route to her office.

Don't be like my friend!!

Be A Student Not A Disciple!

This afternoon, I noticed that my colleague has some dandruff on her hair. She told me her mother has strongly recommended a new brand of shampoo to her, which she tried. But her scalp was irritated when she used the shampoo, and those dandruff are the "after-effect".

Then she told me something that I find it very meaningful. She said that, now she realized that something that works very well with a person does not necessarily means that it will works well with another person!

This is the same for Personal Development. There are many motivational speakers on this planet earth and each has their different teachings and courses. One that works very well for a person might not be useful for another person.

To quote Jim Rohn,

You must be a student, not a disciple. You come here to learn, not to follow instructions. You have to analyze and understand what he said, if it make sense to you, use it. If it is not, find something else that make sense!

I have paraphrase his words but the meaning is the same. Find out all the methods available and choose those that make the most sense to you and start practicing them.

It is always better to find out all that you can do instead of wasting many years before you realize that there are faster, easier and more effective ways of doing the same thing.

You Have To Let Go!

I remembered a story I have read about a method used for catching monkeys.

The method is pretty simple. The captor find a coconut, drill a small hole just big enough for the monkey's hand to squeeze through, empty the content and put some nuts inside. Then they leave a trail of nuts on the ground leading to the coconut.

So when a monkey found its way to the coconut, put its hand into the hole and grab a handful of the nuts, it realised that it cannot pull out its hand. So it started yelling and screaming, and the captor upon hearing, come over and capture it.

If the monkey just open its fist and let go of the nuts, it can easily pull out its hand, and regain its freedom. But by refusing to let go of what it is having, it lost its freedom.

There are many people around us that are in the same situation. They have a job, a house and a car. Although they hate their job, they still go to work everyday so that they can maintain their house and car and current lifestyle. They have big dreams, but to pursue these dreams, they have to risk losing what they are having now, and so they grab on to what they already have, not willing to risk losing them, and as a result, ended up losing their freedom.

Do not get trapped in the rat race. If you hate your job, if you want to have your dream house, your desire lifestyle, then you have to let go before you can received.

Are Your Beliefs Limiting Or Empowering You?

Recently somebody asked me about Adam Khoo's book "Secrets of Self Made Millionaire", and I told him I have read it twice and it is worth many times the price of the book itself, and if you practice what he teaches inside, the book is priceless.

Unexpectedly, my friend said to me, "You must have not practice what you preached else you should be a Millionaire by now!!".. I was totally taken aback by his comment. If I am the Albert 5 years ago, I would become defensive and started to find all kind of excuses, but after all these years, I have learned to be honest with myself, and my friends, and so I replied,

"Yes, I did not put what he teaches in the book into practice. Just like a classroom of 30 students, after graduation, some becomes very successful, some remains the same and some got worse. Same teachings, different results. Reasons? The students themselves. I guess I did not fare very well"

Now slowly but surely, I am improving as a person, and I have tidy up my messy finance and it is getting better every day. I have no doubt that I will become a self-made millionaire in the years to come, but while I am sharing my self development journey in this journal.. I would also hope that all my readers can benefit from all the articles I posted and become more successful.

So extracted below is yet another article from Adam Khoo on Limiting Beliefs, do give your comments!

Cheers!

Like it or not, our beliefs play a big role in determining the quality of our lives.

If you believe that math is tough, there is someone out there who believes it is easy. If you believe that it is easy to make a million dollars, there is someone out there who believes it is impossible. If you believe that times are tough, there is always somebody out there who believes it is a great time to make money!

At this time, many people would argue,

But what if the beliefs I have are really true?

What if I am really not good at selling?

What if it the economy is really down and going to stay down?

What if there are really no opportunities around?

What if it cannot be done? What if I don't have what it takes?

What you must understand is that the beliefs you have are never absolutely true. Beliefs are not proven facts. They are nothing but perceptions, opinions, generalizations we make about the world around us.

For every belief you hold, no matter how much you think it is true, there is always somebody out there with a totally opposite belief. And to them, their belief is as valid as yours is to you.

The following example illustrates how one person has the power to change the belief of others.

Breaking the Beliefs of the World

For hundreds of years, runners had never been able to run one mile in less than four minutes. Many had attempted this feat but had fallen short.

As a result, it was generally believed, and supposedly backed up as fact by the medical community, that it was not possible for a human being to run that fast!

All these changed in 1954, when defying all conventions, all it took was for a single person to break these facts and records.

Roger Bannister, a postgraduate student from Oxford University set a goal to be the first to break this 'impossible record'. The fact was that he was nowhere near being the best runner of his time. There were many other runners better than he.

But this didn't deter Roger. Besides physical training, he engaged in a lot of mental training. He kept visualizing himself breaking the four-minute time barrier.

Then, on May 6, 1954, Roger Bannister stunned the world by running the mile in three minutes and 54 seconds. That was not the most amazing thing.

What was truly amazing was that, within a year, 37 other runners had broken his record. Within the next three years, over 300 runners had repeated the same feat.

For so long, nobody came close to Roger Bannister's record. The minute an 'ordinary' person achieved the feat, it led to many others achieving it too.

This proves that what holds people back in tapping their fullest potential and achieving their goals is not a lack of capability, but a lack of strong empowering beliefs.

Beliefs are never absolutely true, but it becomes totally true for the person who believes in it! This is simply because whatever we believe becomes our reality.

The essence is for us to constantly challenge ourselves by examining the effects of our beliefs, and finally to adopt empowering beliefs that will lead us to success.

To Your Success,

Definition of Assets - Why It can Make or Break Your Life!

All these years, I have come across all sort of definitions for asset. There is one definition which I find to be the most straightforward, simple and yet making the most financial sense. This definition is by Robert Kiyosaki, where he said,

Asset puts money into your pocket!

Yes, it is that simple! And the opposite of asset is liability. Now I guess all of you would have guess the definition of liability.

Liability takes money out of your pocket!

So how can a definition break or make your life?

So let's look at 2 things most people believed to be their highest asset value and discuss.

1. Owning a Car
Is Car an asset or liability? By now most people would have understand that car is a liability. Why? The moment you bought your car, its value dropped by 30%. Then you have to pay for the petrol, parking, insurance and your loans. So every month it is taking money out of your pocket, sucking you dry!!

So that means car is a liability? My answer is, it depends!!

If you bought a car and rent it out, the monthly cost of owning the car (including insurance, road tax, installment) is less than the rental you received, then the car will become an asset to you!

Remember, asset puts money into your pocket!!

2. Owning a property

Now, most people would have said property is definitely an asset. The bankers said so. The financial advisers said so! It is even a measurement of a person's wealth!

My answer? It depends!!!

If you bought a house and you stay inside with your family, every month paying mortgage loan, and property tax, utility bills, etc.. this house is taking money out of your pocket!! Yes, the price of house can appreciate over time, but it can depreciate too. The only certainty is, it is taking money out of your pocket every month. It is not producing income for you!

But if you bought a house and you rent it out, and you received the rental higher than what you paying to own the house, then the house becomes an asset. It does not matter whether the value of the house goes up or down, it is bringing income for you every month.

Now it is important that you must understand whether you are owning an asset or liability. If you spend 50% of your paycheck on your house (which is suppose to be your biggest asset!), then you would have realized you do not have any more spare cash for money generating investments. Your biggest "asset" is eating you slowly.

If you own a house that is generating you income, it does not matter if the values of the house drop, since you are still receiving the rental income. But when it rises, you can sell it off anytime to reap in the profit, since you are not staying inside!!

With this simple definition, and proper buying of assets and avoiding liabilities, your life will change.

Do leave your comments!

Cheers!!

Instant Gratification Versus Delay Gratification

One of the biggest reason why most people are not wealthy, even with all the personal development study and knowledge is because, they cannot get pass the Instant Gratification hurdle.

It is really very difficult.

I mean.. it is really not that much to spend just $150 on spa and massage, especially after we have been working so hard for the past one week, and we really deserved that 1 week holiday at the end of the year, which we paid with our year end bonus, so it was not really out of pocket money, wasn't it?

Our parents will love the $7000 massage chair we bought for them to enjoy! And of course we must upgrade our car to a bigger one since we got a promotion, and now with 2 kids on the block, the house seems to be too small and we have to move to a bigger house!

And so on.. and so forth...

Most people spends on things that give them Instant Gratification, they feel good there and then. So they are left with very little for investment, 10 years down the road, they are still the same, with perhaps higher loan to service since their cars and houses got bigger!

On the other hand, Wealthy People practice Delay Gratification.

They rather "suffer" for the initial years so that they can reap the huge benefits later on in life.

For example, instead of buying a car, they choose to take public transport. Instead of eating in restaurants, they take hawker foods. Instead of going on holiday, they take up a part time job. After deducting the amount required for Necessity and day to day living expenses, they invest the extra money to purchase assets that generate them income, which they reinvest and purchase even more assets.

Only until their assets have grow to the stage where they are generating steady streams of income, then will these people use the income to enjoy those "luxuries", therefore the term Delay Gratification.

As a result of Instant Gratification, most people are trapped in the Rat Race. They enjoy for the initial 10 years, but they depends so much on their paycheck to pay for all their loans and expenses that they cannot afford to loss their job. And they cannot afford the real luxury since they are limited by their paycheck amount.

The wealthy choose to "suffer" for the early few years, until they have build an asset portfolio that can generate such incomes that allows them to enjoy luxury where the others can only dream of. They do not need to rely on a single paycheck anymore. They do not even need any paycheck!!

We all know about this reasoning, but most people cannot give up the lifestyle they have been enjoying.

Therefore,

If you really wanted to achieve the wealthy lifestyle you desire, you have to overcome the instant gratification mentality

P.S. I will talk about why the definition of assets can prevent a person from becoming wealthy in my next article.

What Is Financial Freedom?

This is actually a continuation from my previous article on "How Rich Are You".

My definition of Financial Freedom is simple.

The passive income generated from your assets is bigger than your expenses.

What does this really means?

It means that even if you do not work today, go for 3 months holiday, there are still income coming in from your assets that can covers all your expenses, and still have surplus. You net worth continue to increase even if you are not working.

So to achieve Financial Freedom, it is actually very very simple. Just keep buying assets and avoid having liabilities, and use the income from the assets to acquire even more assets, until you reach the stage where the monthly income from your assets can cover all your monthly expenses.

Since it is so simple, why does so many people, including myself still not Financially Free??

Two reasons,

1. Instant gratification versus Delay gratification
2. Definition of asset.

I will further elaborate on the 2 reasons in my next article.

Meanwhile, do leave your comments on your thought on Financial Freedom!

Cheers!

Do You Really Need A Car?

2 and a half year ago, as i was doing sales, I bought myself a Chevolet Aveo so that it helps me to move around meeting clients. About 1 year ago i quitted my sales job and went back to a desk bound job.

I continue to drive my car, although my current job does not require it. But as days go by, I started to feel the strain of the financial burden of owning a car. With the monthly installment, road tax, insurance, parking fees, petrol and the ERP system, i have to fork out easily $1300-$1400 every month simply driving to and from my office!!

The only reason I continue to drive my car is because of the pride of owning one. My mum always tell her friends I got a car and I can give them a lift, which I gladly do as it makes me and my mum feels proud. Furthermore, having a car means you stand a better chance with girls comparing to guys without one. In short, owning a car give you a higher social status.

2 months ago, I finally decided that it is not making financial sense to continue paying $1400 just for my ego. As i need to top up another $13000 if i am to sell my car, I opt for the next best alternative, I rented out my car.

Some how I do not feel smaller after renting out my car, as I have learnt to accept and be true to oneself. So as friends and colleagues ask me why do I need to rent out my car, I just tell them my current pay cannot afford such luxury.

2 months down the road, I realised something quite... disturbing. At least 5 friends have asked me for the contact of the car rental company as they all wanted to rent out their car. It seems that I am not the only person feeling the financial strain of it.

When people purchases a car, they usually only take the installment amount and petrol into consideration, and simply neglected all the other hidden costs, which can added up to a huge burden. But some how in Singapore, buying car becomes the top priority for young working class as it is a symbol of status. Althought there are 5 friends asking me for car rental company contact, there are also a few friends who wanted to buy a new car, simply because they wanted to become car owner status.

Therefore, before you consider buying a car, make sure you do a proper calculation, including Road Tax, Insurance, Season Parking, Petrol, Monthly Installment and other micelleneous charges, which for a small 1.4 litre car will be easily around $1400. If this amount is more than 30% of your monthly take home pay, then you better reconsider carefully whether it is a need to have such luxury, as this sum of money with proper investment can becomes at least a million in 20 to 30 years time.

Cheers!

How Rich Are You?

If there is a person who earns $10,000 a month, drives a sport car and lives in a condo and have $30,000 in his bank, and a person who earns $3000 a month, lives in a 3 room flat and travel by public transport and only have $10,000 in his bank, who do you think is richer?

Very naturally people will say the person who earns $10,000 is richer! Is it really the case?

When we measure a person's wealth, we have to look at both the income and expenses.

For example, let's say the person who earns $10,000 (Let's call him A) spends most of his salary on his condo and sport car and luxurious lifestyle. Every month he needs to spend $7,000 just on the condo and sport car, and another $2,000 on miscellaneous bills. His only source of income is from his paycheck.

For B, the person who earns $3000, every month he only needs around $800 to pay for his flat and another $400 for traveling and miscellaneous bills, and his paycheck is his only source of income too.

When A lost his job, his only liquid asset is his $30,000 saving. Every month he needs $9,000 to pay for housing and car and bills, which means with the $30,000, he can only survive for 3.3 month. Therefore he is only 3.3 month rich.

When B lost his job, he only got $10,000 saving. His monthly expenses is $1200. Therefore with $10,000 he can survive 8.3 month.

In this case, B is richer than A by 5 months!

Do a calculation and see how many months can you survive if you quit your job tomorrow!! That is how rich you actually are!!

Cheers!

It Is Not Your Rich Dad Poor Dad's Fault!

It is not your rich dad poor dad fault!! Then who's fault is it?

I just had a conversation with my brother on a new young billionaire in Singapore. My brother said, he can becomes a billionaire because he got a rich dad. This sentence sounds so familiar.. I think I heard my brother-in-law said something similar before, and my friends and.. I think I have said it myself 6 years ago!!

So I told my brother, even if this guy got a poor dad, he will becomes a billionaire, perhaps it will take him another extra 5-10 years to earn the capital that his rich dad gave him, but he will becomes a billionaire because he got the millionaire mindset (billionaire mindset in this case).

If he only knows how to spend money, he will never becomes a billionaire because he will only waste away the money his rich dad gave him. But with the billionaire mindset, his rich dad's money only accelerate his climbs to billionaire status.

My brother does not accept this reasoning. Sad to say, most friends including my brother-in-law prefer to credit other people's achievement to rich dad or simply pure lucky! And blame others for their own failures.

If you are one of them, please STOP!! Who you are today is because of your thoughts and your actions. If you are successful, you have yourself to congratulate. If you are not successful, you have only yourself to blame!!!

STOP POINTING YOUR FINGERS!!!

Look into the mirror and reflect! Success leaves clues, so does Failure!!

It is not your rich dad poor dad's fault!

Facing The Giants

Today I like to share another very inspiring video. I first saw this video on Vic Johnson's Blog. Many things run through my mind while watching it.

While Vic touch on the Power of Persistent, where you keep going, you can accomplished incredible things, I saw something else.

I saw the coach who keep encouraging, pushing and help the player to unleash his full potential. Without the coach, this player will never done what he has done!!

We all need a mentor, someone who can see our potential and willing to walk the field, shouting and pushing and encouraging us to unleash our full potential.

Have you found your mentor yet?

One Key Trait of Successful People

PERSISTENT!

This is the key trait found on every single Successful Person without fail. We have electricity today because Newton had experimented 1000 times before he was successful. If he gave up on the 999th times, we might still be living using candles, and nobody will know who is Issac Newton.

You can be very talented and work very hard. But if you never persist until the end, getting through all the obstacles, failures and setbacks.. you are still not successful.

Once you have embark on a journey, never never stop halfway through... because the next corner might be your destination. But if you stop, you will never find out..

So whatever you are doing, keep going! Keep going until you reach your set targets. Keep going until you achieve your goals. Keep going until your are there!

KEEP GOING!!

You Need More Time to read??

"If only I have more time!!" Does this sound familiar? Not enough time used to be one of my biggest problem.

Today I would like to touch on 2 simple methods that I use that earns me quite a few hours every week.

Emails and Articles

If you subscribe to many newsletters, ezines and blogs, you would have faced this problem of finishing all of them. There are simply too many emails and articles to read, and no matter how you tried, every email you cleared, 2 more come in!

What I did is to create many sub-folders and name them according to the Topics or authors. Whatever emails that come in, I will briefly browse through them and then keep them in the relevant folders if there are no important topics that captured my attention. (On those days that I have very tight schedule, I will simply transfer all those non-urgent emails into the folders without reading)

Resist the urge to read every single words on every emails. You Do Not Need To!!

And whenever I need information on Health, I just need to search my Health folder and all the relevant articles will be there for me.

I will make sure my inbox is empty. Those emails left in my inbox are emails that required my attention. Once I have settled the issues, these emails will be transfered to relevant folders.

SPEED READING

Currently I am learning Speed Reading, a skill that will double or even triple the amount of times I can free up once you master it.

The book I read is from Tony Buzan, and the idea is simple. If you can double your reading speed, you can half the time you need to read for each articles. If you spend 2 hours on average a day reading, with speed reading you can finish in 1 hour.

That is extra 7 hours a week, or extra 3 and a half 8 hours day per month!

Cheers!

Do You have the Millionaire Mindset?

For the past few days everybody is talking about the Chinese New Year $10 Millions ToTo Draw (ToTo is a lottery game in Singapore) which is going to draw its winner(s) on coming friday!

When I chat with my friends, we realised that every week there is a new millionaire from our lottery games, and every 4 weeks there is a new $2 million winner from our Big Sweep. Which means every year we have at least 65 new milllionaires created from lotteries!!

But a report recently shows that, more than 90% of all the lottery winners of more than $1 million has lost all their winnings within 3 years, and some have even incurred heavy debts!

Sad to say, it is not surprising to see this kind of figures.

Most people will spend their winnings on tours, cars, jewellery and expensive lifestyle. Their only financial planning is to save the money in their bank, which they keep withdrawing out to pay for their new lifestyle.

With $1 million, it will be sufficient to last them for at least a few years, before they spent every single cent of it (If they do not gamble away everything in casino). But as they are used to the luxurious lifestyle, they will start to borrow from banks and others until they are heavily in debts.

What they lack of is the Millionaire Mindset.

Simply put, Millionaire Mindset is the way the Rich and Successful people think.

A person with Millionaire Mindset will plan their finances. They have specific goals with plans to achieve them. They know where and how to spend their money, how to make their money grows over time. They invest their money and spend the remaining amount, while most people spend their money and invest the remaining (if they invest anything at all)

If a person does not have the Millionaire Mindset, you can give him $10 millions and he will still ends up squandering every single cent of it.

Therefore, do study and prepare yourself to make sure you have the correct mindset, so that if you strike the lottery, you can reap the most benefits out of it!

Cheers!!

One Task A Day

When I just started planning my daily tasks in the early days, I always write down at least 10 or more things to be completed by the end of the day. At the end of the day, there are always quite a number of things on the list not completed, and I have to let them rollover to the next day.

Everyday I would add new things to the list, and the list became so long that I just got tired simply looking at it. There were so many uncompleted things, and it was so demoralizing at the end of each day and eventually i threw away the whole list.

Now I will keep the list very short. As it is a list on daily tasks, I will make sure the things i wrote down can be completed within 1-2 hrs. After I threw away the old list, I started a One Task A Day List. Yes, I only list down the most important and urgent task that i need to do for that day. 1 task only, and I must be able to complete it within 1-2 hr. Once I started this routine, it changes everything!!

At the end of the day, it feels GREAT to strike off that single task off my list, and I have this sense of achievement as I have cleared my List!! (Although it only has 1 task on it)

Amazingly, with this method, I completed more things within a month than what i have done for the past one year!! Every month I completed 30 tasks and imagine how much I can do in a year!!?? Just One Task A Day!!

Now some days I will have 2 or 3 tasks as I know I can complete all of them! And I always refer to the list, and make sure no tasks get rollover to the next day, unless due to unforeseen circumstances. And most importantly, I no longer hate looking at my daily task list!!

If you have problem clearing your task list everyday, or you have already developed the phobia of looking at it, try ONE TASK A DAY LIST. You will be amazed.

We All Need A Guardian Angel!

This morning when I was going down the escalator, it was jammed with people and I have to stand patiently waiting for the escalator to reach the bottom before I was able to step out. There was this gentleman in his 30s standing side by side with another lady on his left, blocking everyone behind.

Usually when we use the escalator, there was an unwritten rule that we will stand on the left and vacate the right side for people rushing for time to walk down the escalator. But it just takes 2 person to stop the flow and jammed up the whole place.

When I said 2 person, I am not referring to the lady on the left. I am referring to the lady who stood behind the gentleman. More often than not, whenever there is a person standing on the right, if the person behind politely ask him to give way, he will oblige. But if the person behind decided to remain silent, there is nothing the rest of the people behind can do!!

Many times, we are like the gentleman in front, standing on the wrong side without knowing we have caused a jam. But we just need a gentle reminder from our friends, loved ones or mentor to steer us back to the correct side. I call these friends our Guardian Angels.

We all need a Guardian Angel, someone behind that watch over us, making sure we are always standing on the correct side.

So do you know who is your Guardian Angel?

You Decide Your mood!

Again I watched the Huggies short video, and again it makes me smile without fail!

This reminds me of the 90/10 Principle written by Stephen Covey. ( I will find the original article to post here later) In simple words,

10% of life is made up of what happens to you, and 90% is how you react.

Just like the baby in the Huggies video, no matter what happened, he is always SMILING!!

Remember it is not the Boss, it is not the box, neither is it the person who tow the car, or the dropping of keys that decide whether you are angry, frustrated, sad, WHATEVER!! It is YOU yourself that decide what you wanted to feel!

You have no control over what happens to you, but you can always control how you going to react!!

So no matter what happens, CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY!

The Silent Killer!

Do you know that we are all controlled by our subconscious? How we behave, how we react are all determined by our subconscious, I will give you an example.

Do you have a friend who is very afraid of dogs? He can be a fearless person that will risk his life dashing into a burning building to save people, but when he is near a cute little harmless doggy, he simply freak out. The reason is, when he was a little boy, he was chased and bitten by a dog. Since that day, he will be too scare to be near a dog, even though he knows that it is harmless and cute.

Subconscious is 1000 times more powerful than your conscious mind. Like the man in the example above, he knows the doggy is cute and harmless, but he just cannot bring himself near to it without breaking into cold sweat.

* Do not ask me why it is 1000 times stronger, there are books that said 700 times and different numbers. I used 1000 times because I feel that it is that powerful. Just know that it is many many times more powerful than your conscious mind *

But the good news is, we can program our subconscious mind so that it affects us positively. Our subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between RIGHT from WRONG. It is just like a garden, whatever seeds you plant, it will gives you the fruits.

The bad news is, we are constantly feeding our subconscious mind with the wrong message everyday without us realizing it. And it is killing us slowly and silently!!

Try and recall, what do you always speak and repeat everyday? Did they coincide with your current situation? Spooky right?

I would suggest you make a conscious effort to change them to positive message. Instead of saying, "What a lousy day!", try saying "What a beautiful day!". Instead of saying "Why am I so stupid!", try saying "I can be more clever", Instead of "I can't do it!", how about "I CAN do it!".

Try it, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Lastly, your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between RIGHT from WRONG. Therefore, do not use negative words!! For example, "I do not want to be STUPID", your subconscious mind will only pick up the word "STUPID" and you will end up err... So use positive words like, "I want to be CLEVER!" so you will feed your subconscious mind with Clever Clever Clever!

Cheers!!

Kill Your Business by Asking the Wrong Person for Advice!

Earlier this evening, my cousin called up my brother and asked for his advices on her business. She has a business and she intended to advertise it on internet and she is thinking of using affiliate method to do it.

My brother is very helpful and provided a lot of advices, telling her that her business model is not suitable to advertise on internet, and she will be better off doing it off-line, etc..

So far so good.. but the only problem here is, my brother knows next to nothing about internet marketing. He is in sales, and he knows a great deal on how to sell off-line. But when come to internet marketing, affiliate programs, PPC, co-registration, blog, forum marketing just to name a few.. he knows nothing about these.

So very naturally he told my cousin that it will be better for her to advertise off-line. Because that is what he is familiar with and have the experience. In fact, when I heard about those answers he gave to my cousins on internet marketing, I keep shaking my head, he totally does not get it.. Worse.. he is teaching my cousin as though he is an expert on it!!

We are all very helpful, especially when it comes to giving our opinions. Even if we are not the expert in the area, we still try our best to advice the person who asked.

For example, if you wanted to invest in property, who should you ask for advice? A property consultant! You can tell me this is common sense, everybody knows it. But you will be surprised that 90% of the people out there investing in property seek advices from their parents, relatives and close friends who knows nothing about property investment!!! Just look my cousin... she asks my brother for advices!!

Asking the correct questions to the wrong person is equivalent to disaster!

Ask and you shall receive. This is a universal law. You WILL receive if you ask for it. But be very careful who you ask from, and how you ask it. I will touch on Subconscious on my next blog entry, it is 1000 times more powerful than our conscious mind, and it gives you whatever you ask from it. YES, it gives you whatever you ask from it!! But beware.. it does not tell the difference between RIGHT from WRONG.

So my friend, remember to ask the correct person whenever you need to seek advices!

Knowledge is Useless Until You Apply It!

Many of us like to purchase many courses, ebooks and cds on Personal Development to read and listen. Whenever a motivator mention a way to improve oneself, or a habit to cultivate, you realize that you already know about it. When I wrote how to set goals in my previous articles, many of you have already know how to do it.

But with all the knowledge, you realized you are still the same as 6 years ago!! WHY??

This is one of the biggest problem many of us encounter and never realized! We are very interested in improving ourselves, we actively seeking the knowledge, reading and learning everyday. BUT.. after reading, we fail to proceed to the most important step, and that is

APPLY THE KNOWLEDGE!!

Contrary to common belief, Knowledge is NOT Power. Only Applied Knowledge is Power!!

Knowledge is just like money, they are worthless until you use them!

So remember to apply whatever you have learned, only then will the knowledge truly belongs to you!

When Should You Be Persistent?

Today while reading a forum on HYIP, I saw a member posted about believing the owner of a shutdown program to come back again. The program has shutdown 3 weeks ago with all its members money, and the owner posted in the forum that he was forced to shutdown by his web host, and he will be back and reopen the program. This member has refused to accept that the owner is not returning, believing he will come back soon, although for the past 3 weeks the owner has simply vanished.

This has reminded me a common behavior of all successful people. They make decision fast (after thorough planning and thinking) and they change very slowly! They always stubbornly believing in their plan, refusing to give up no matter how big those obstacles are..

This is absolutely important and always the number one reason why a person succeed while all the rest fail.. because he is persistent and keep on going until he achieve his goals!

But if this persistent is used on a wrong person or place, it will become a disaster!

The member in the forum is persistent in something that he has no control over with, believing in someone he does not know in person... this is like making a decision without proper planning and thinking, and yet when all evidence showed that it is a wrong decision, he refused to accept it... this will only lead to definite disaster!

When you are faced with obstacles, be a stubborn fellow, refuse to give in or change, stick to the plan, persist all the ways to the end.. but when you know that it is a wrong plan, throw away everything and go back to the drawing board immediately.

You must know when to persist and when to call it quit!!

What is Health?

After writing on the importance of health as a value last night, I received an email from Mike Filsaime and he talks about ENERGY!

It brings back my memory last time when my friend asked me how do I define being Healthy? And I told him, healthy simply means ENERGY!

What is the main difference between a person who is healthy and someone who is not? Healthy people is always full of energy and vigors while unhealthy always feel tired and listless. And when you always feel tired, it will be a chore everyday just to complete those daily tasks. Everyday is a torture to you, and most people will give up eventually...

Therefore it is utmost important to stay healthy. Practice good habits of healthy eating, quit smoking, exercise regularly and give yourself enough rest.

What Are Your Values?

Everybody has a set of values guiding their decisions in life. There are many different values. Family, Wealth, Career, Health and many others.

Each value has different weight in our heart, rank according to our experience, education, environment, friends and many other factors over the years. Although some importance will change over time, usually they stay the same unless we consciously go and change them.

Have you ever sit down and think about what is your most important value in life?

Take a piece of paper, and write down your 5 most important values.

Then take the 2nd value and compare it with the 1st one. If the 2nd value is more important, shift it up to the first place.

Then take the 3rd value and compare with the 2nd value, if it is more important, shift it up to 2nd, then compare with the 1st and shift accordingly.

Repeat the steps until you have compared all the values.

*For example, let's say the 1st value is career and 2nd is family. Think of this situation, if you are offered a job that pays you much higher and better career prospect, but you have to leave your family behind and go oversea for 3 years, will you choose to go, or will you give up the job for your family. If you choose to stay behind, you value family more than career, so shift family to 1st place, else let the ranking remains. Do likewise for the other values, give yourself a situation where you can only choose either one of the value*

After you have the 5 most important values in life rank according to their importance in your heart. Now look at these values, which value is most important to you? Health? Career? Family?

Have you ever asked what is the most important value of those hugely successful people? A unofficial survey has shown that HEALTH is always top of the list.

No matter how genius, how disciplined, how good your plans, how brilliant are your ideas, if you do not have a healthy body to carry you through till the end, you will still end up with NOTHING!! Even if you earn the whole world, but your body is battered and you are bedridden, what good does these money do?

So if Health is not in your top 3 values in life, I would sincerely suggest you look at your set of values again and make sure health is included.

This is definitely the first and one of the Most Important step towards a Healthy, Wealthy and Happy life.

Have You Plan Your Daily Task List?

I have been telling myself it has been a while (I thought around 2-3 days) since I last wrote in my blog, and I must take some time out to write as I have so many personal development knowledge I like to share!!

But when I see the date of my last post, I have a pretty bad SHOCK! Its been 5 days!! How can time flies so fast without me realising it??!!! Then I realised the problem, I have been so busy arranging my personal finance for the past few days that I did not plan my DAILY TASK LIST! I just keep focusing on arranging my finance and cleanly forgotten many other important things!!

Daily Task List is extremely important. Everyday before you sleep, sit down and spend the next 10 mins to write down the list of things that you need to do the next day. Then throughout the day, make sure you keep referring back to the list and cross out each task whenever you get it done!

Daily Task List ensures that you do not forget important things due to busy schedule or some unexpected events. It keeps you on course and steer you back whenever you wander off track!

So do start the habit of planning your daily task list starting from today! It will help you achieve more in shorter time!

The Moral of The Story!

Hi all,

The moral of the story is, if you are faced with an immediate danger, your natural self protection mechanism will be activated. You will find means and ways to avoid the danger. So you will not die! No huge visible danger or problem will kill you, because you can see it coming!

But when you do not see the danger, when it is slowly accumulating over time, by the time you realized it, it will be too late for you to escape, you will be killed!

There are many things that we do everyday that doesn't seem to be hurting at the moment, but accumulated over years will become disaster!

I can relate to this story very well because i have been through it, in fact, i am going through it now. Anybody interpret differently I do sincerely invite you to leave in the comments.

Cheers!

What is The Moral of The Story?

Hi, today I would like to share a story. I hope that after you have read, leave a comment on what you think is the moral of the story.

In a laboratory, a professor did an experiment. He heated up a container of water until it was very hot, and he threw a frog into the hot water. Immediately the frog jumped out of the water. Then he did a 2nd experiment by placing the frog in a container of water with normal temperature. While the frog was happily swimming around in the container, the professor slowly heated up the container until the water became very hot. The frog died.

This is a very simple story, but what is the moral behind it? I have heard a few versions, there are no absolute right or wrong answers as everybody looks at it from different angles. I will share my version on my next blog, meanwhile please leave your comments and share with the rest on what you think is the moral of the story ya!

How to set SMART Goals

After you have decided what you want and written them down, you have to make sure these are S.M.A.R.T. goals. What exactly is a S.M.A.R.T goal?

S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable
R - Realistic
T - Time-sensitive

SPECIFIC
Vague goals cannot produce any good results. Instead of saying "I want to be rich", be specific and write down exactly how much you wanted to have. Instead of of saying I want to travel around the world, write down which countries you wanted to go, what you wanted to see and activities you want to participate!

MEASURABLE
Your goals must be measurable, or specific and measurable! for example above, write down the exact amount, $5,000, $20,000 etc.. so you know how much you are away from reaching your goals.

ATTAINABLE
We all have big dreams. But if you set a goal that is so high that it is almost impossible to achieve, very soon you will give up as you will realize that it is simply not possible to attain it.

REALISTIC
Just like Attainable, your goals must be realistic. I am not saying not to have big dreams, set goals that you need to stretch far so that you will improve, but the goal must be "real" or can be made real. Do not expect to become the president within a year if you are not even in politics and nobody knows you!

TIME
All goals must have a time frame attached to it. If there is no deadline, you will never have the urgency to complete it. If we all can live forever, imagine how much procrastination there will be!! We will always put it off since we have all the time in the world!!

So now you know what is S.M.A.R.T. goals, let's go through our goals and make sure they are S.M.A.R.T goals ya!

Cheers!

Goals Setting

Happy New Year my friends. Today is the first day of 2007, and it is a day where we sit down and think through what we wanted for 2007. Therefore today I would like to share with you how to set goals.

Setting goals is very simple. Decide What You Want and Write It Down! Yes, that's it, decide what you want and write it down!

LONG RANGE GOALS

Get yourself a piece of paper, and on top of it write "Long Range Goals". Then spend the next 12-15 minutes brainstorming what are the things that you wanted within the next 1 - 10 years. Write fast and abbreviate. Try to write down at least 50 items. Do not describe or write any details, we will get to that later. Just abbreviate and write fast. The following will gives you some ideas on where to start,

1. What do I want to do?
2. What do I want to see?
3. What do I want to be?
4. What do I want to have?
5. Where do I want to go?
6. What would I like to share?

Remember to include the following 3 areas,

1. Economic Goals
2. Material Items (Tangible)
3. Personal Development

Now go through the list and beside the goals that you need 1 year to accomplish, write a 1, beside goals that you think you need 3 years to accomplish, write a 3, and do the same for 5 years and 10 years goals.

After you have finished, go through the list one more time and see how many 1 year goals you have compare to 5 years goals. You may realised that you need to add more 3 year goals to the list. Do it now.

Finally, go through all the 1 year goals and circle the 4 most important goals, and do likewise for 3 year, 5 year and 10 year goals. Now these 16 goals will keep you busy for a long time. Now take another piece of paper and describe in details each of your 16 goals. The color, the size, the model, etc.. now is the time to either talk yourself into it or talk yourself out of it. There must be strong reasons why you wanted the goal.

SHORT RANGE GOALS

Setting short range goals are easy. You can do it anyway you like. Write a list and set a time line, there are people who like to do it weekly, while others set monthly goals. Write down all the small goals that you can complete within a day, week or month. Everytime you complete a goal, strike it off your list. That's it!

Remember, whenever you completed a Long Range Goal, CELEBRATE! Celebrate your achievements, that is what keeps us going. The Joy of Winning. And when you cannot hit your target, put it on yourself. Give yourself the Pain of Losing. So that this will motivate you to do better.

Let's start setting goals and make 2007 the Best Year ever!

Cheers!

Focus on How and Not Why!

Today I would like to share what happened to me 2 days ago. I invested $3500 in an internet program that promised to give back my investment on the 2nd day, and it closed down the 2nd day. Although $3500 is not much, it is all i have. Currently I only left with $140 in my bank account, with my next pay check on the 25th January, and unpaid utility bills, car loans, credit card bills and allowance for my parents.

When i learned that the program has closed down with all my money, the first thought that came to me is WHY?? Why me? Why am I so unlucky? Why this happened? Why so unfair? Why this and why that.. I was devastated.

After I have overcome the initial shock, i started to ask myself HOW?? How do I overcome this? How can I find the money to tide over? What are the lessons learnt? When i start to focus on HOW and not WHY, I started to think of solutions. I google to find more information, i search through my library of books to find inspiration, I know what i need this time, and that is to find enough money to pay the bills and most importantly gives the allowance to my parents so that they will not know something happened and get worried unneccesary! And I need to do it fast!!

While I search through everything and keep repeating how, how, how and think, think think, I saw this box below my table. It was the "Insider Secret to Internet Marketing version 2006" I bought 8 months ago. But since i received the package, I have only took out the book "Blogging For Dollars" to read, and apply its information, this is how this blog has come about.

The rest of the materials still lies in the box, and their plastic wrappers are not even torn off!! So I took out the box, and started to read. I spent yesterday and today to read and read, and the ideas just keep flowing through my mind.. and i have some ideas as to what I can do and what I am going to do.

The reason i tell my story here, is that I hope everybody realised that there is a lesson to be learnt here. And it is told in my title, Focus on How and not Why. We all asks why, why this happens to me, why that happens to me.. we all ask why. And by the Law of Attraction, when we focus on why, we focus on the negativity, and the universe will gives us the answers we ask for. So when we ask why, the universe will gives us the reasons, "Because you are unlucky", "Because you are stupid", "Because.." what else do you expect the answers to be when we ask why??

But when I focus on how, the universe will give me answers to them, and answers to how are solutions. I believed if i did not lose that $3500, the "Insider Secret" will still sit under my table.

Everything happens for a reason. And I firmly believed that the end results will always benefit me. So rest assured that I will be able to tide over this, I'm sure I will.

Of coz for those who are reading this blog and would like to help me out a bit, I will be very grateful if you just sign up for Success University under me! Haha.. no just joking.. but do at least take the 14 days free trial, the lessons you can learnt are priceless!

Every Decision Affect!

Today I went for my IPPT (Individual Physical Proficency Test). I have passed all my static stations, and I need to run 2.4km within 13 minutes to pass the test. I FAILED.

I need to run 6 rounds around the stadium, 400m per round. We are adviced to run at a constant pace of 2 minutes per round. I tried, and managed to clock 4 minutes when finishing the 2nd round. But when comes to the 3rd round, fatique started to kick in and by the time i finished the 4th round, i have used a total of 8:30 minutes. Which means that i need to finish the last 2 rounds within 4:30 minutes. At that time, i thought I'm going to pass!!

I told myself, as long as i can finished the 5th round within 2:30 minutes, I am very confident that I can finished the last round in 2 minutes and PASS! But as I am almost out of breath, and struggling hard, when i cross the line for the 5th round, the clock showed 11:17 minutes. It took me 2:47 minutes to finish the 5th round!

That very moment, many thoughts ran through my head rapidly. I need to finish the last round within 1:43 minutes, very very difficult but still had a very slim chance. And yet another thought flashed across and it said, I took 2:47 minutes to finish 5th round, how can i possibly finished the last round within such a short period of time! At that very moment, i stopped and started walking. While walking and catching my breath.. I kept thinking, 1:43 minutes, i should be able to make it if i go all out. Then suddenly I decided to just do it... i started running... picking up the pace, overtaking others, i just keep running faster and faster, the panting became very short and rapid, and I cannot think of anything, but i kept running and dashed across the finishing line. It took me a while before i can catch my breath and look at my timing, and the number 13:30 minutes just stand out HUGE and BRIGHT to me.

The reason was, i took around 30-40 seconds walking earlier... and if I did not walk, but decided to run like what i have just done, I would have passed the test.

That moment when I chose to walk, it has already decided my result... even when i changed my mind and give my all out soon after, it is already too late.

This is life.. every decision we make will affect the result. Some time, the decision will decide the result, and no matter how much you tried to remedy later on, it will be fruitless. Therefore, we have to keep asking ourselves before we make any decision, is it correct? What will it affect? Is this the best course of action? And once decided, we have to give our all out.

It is okay to lose if we have done our best, It hurts the most when we realised that we can win if only we put in that little bit more efforts!!

Health, Without It, You can Achieve Nothing!

I have been having a bad headaches for past 2 days, and this 2 days i cannot do anything productive. I cannot write my blog, i cannot read books, I cannot learn from Success University, i cannot do anything!!! I can only swallow panadol extra and lie down on my sofa waiting for the headaches to go down.

But this 2 days reminds me of a very very important value that i have long took it for granted. And that is Health! Health is definitely the top value of all successful people.

You can write down all your goals, devise the best plan in the world, gather all the resources necessary, but if you are down with illness, you can do nothing!! If we are sick, we will not have the energy, the concentration to execute our plan. Therefore, health is always one of the most important value every successful person have on their list.

To quote Jim Rohn, "Treat your body like a Temple!", temple is a place where you take extremely good care of.

Many of us have been working very hard to achieve our goals, and in the process neglected our health. We sleep very little, working very late into the night, eat irregularly and skipping meals every now and then.. and little did we realised that slowly but surely, we get more and more tired easily, and our efficiency are getting worse, until one day we fall sick and everything has to be put on hold..

I will definitely make the efforts from today to stay healthy, eat healthy, do more excercises and make sure i will not be so subsceptible to illnesses and the persistant headaches. And I hope all of you will also join me to keep yourselves in the pink of health!

Cheers!

Focus is the key to Success!

Hi my friends, 2 days ago i received an email from David Vallieres (David is one of the earliest internet marketer who have firmly established himself as one of the leader in internet marketing), and he told me about 5bucksaday. This course is teaching a very simple concept, FOCUS, just like some of the courses in my Success University.

So i went to the website and read through the sales page and it is so well written, and i can relate to it so much that i click the purchase button before i even aware of it! That's cool right? You can take a look at it, the website is same as the name. But right before i pay the money, i realised that i have not done what i always did, do a google on the product and check out its credibility!

And this program actually hits me hard on my head.. real hard! I have been teaching friends to focus. Do a research, find a credible company, join and focus on it until it can generate a full time income for you. Only until then should you go and look for a second company to start your multiple streams of income. Many people make the mistake of looking at a sales page, get so convinced by all its promises, and sign up. At a very short period of time, we all end up with 6-7 programs, and we simply do not have the time and money to promote every one of them. So surely and slowly, each one of them died leaving us dry and hopeless. I have made this mistake myself too. Now i have found Success University, i have learnt to fully focus on it.

But now i have found myself to be making the same mistake again without realising it!! I am not talking about joining program, but i am talking about marketing Success University. After doing a google on 5bucksaday, i found myself thinking real hard on why am i not getting the results i wanted for my Success University marketing efforts?? Then the ahaa moment, i am not focusing!! I am doing google adwords, adbrite, blog, traffic exchange, forum, email campaign all at the same time. I mean shouldn't that be the case, getting your ads out to reach as many audience as possible using as many methods as possible??

WRONG!

As i am doing everything together, i do not have the time and money to make each one of them work at getting its maximum result. For example, my blog, as i did not focus on it, i did not apply all the techniques and tricks to improve it until it get listed at the top of the seach engines. As my focus is splited, so are the result!! Same for my google adwords, as i did not spend all those time doing a proper research on keywords, did not check the optimal bid amount for each keywords, did not do a research on all the tools available to track the results, did not do a proper test on my ad headlines, body texts, etc...

Now I realised, each marketing method is just like a program, you have to focus on it, take your time to study it, do research, test out and fine tune until it brings you the best click through and sign up rate. Only until then should we move on and start a 2nd marketing method, then the 3rd, etc..

In fact, Focus does not apply only to internet business, it applies to all areas of our life, be it our career, our health or relationship with the family and friends. Once we learnt the true power of focusing, we will be unstoppable in all the goals we pursue.

So let's take an hour of our time out, sit down and go through all the programs that we have joined, picked one (make sure you do a proper research and knows that this program will be there in the long run, and the best bet now is definitely Success University), and promised ourselves that we will focus on making it a success, giving ourselves at least 1 year to do it. Then choose a marketing method and focus on using it until it can bring you the results you want.

So let's start FOCUSING to our SUCCESS!

3 Things you leave behind

Hi my friends, today i would like to share something different. Have you ever thought of what to leave behind for your children and love ones when you departed from this beautiful world?

I would like to share the 3 things that I felt are most important to leave behind (inspired by Jim Rohn as usual)

1. Our photos

A picture speaks more than a thousand words. When we are no longer around, photos are our life story. From the photos we left behind, they can see us cry, see us laugh! They can see the beautiful places we have visited, our friends and relatives that we spent our life with, and all the little moments in life! By taking lots of photos, we leave behind our beautiful life story in pictures, and that's the best gifts for our loved ones, isn't it?

2. Our library

Okay, most people do not have a library! But when i said library, it is those books we have collected throughout our life, books that inspired us, teach us and touched our hearts! Those books that made us a better person. All these books that have benefited us, when we pass them along to our love ones, they will benefit from these books as much as we do.

3. Our Journals

Yes, our journals. Those books where we scribble down all those magnificent ideas we come across in the restaurant, during a seminar or even during chatting with friends in a bar!! Journals! The wisdom of the world, written down in our own little books, tells them our life story, how we grow from a nobody to where we are today. Journals that records down what we have learnt, how we learnt and why we learnt!! Let our loved ones see that we are a hardworking student! Photos let them see, Journals let them feel it right from within!!

So these are the 3 most important things that i believed we should leave behind for our loved ones. Things that let them remember us, learn more about us, and at the same time, through them, become a better person.

Johnny Wimbrey in Singapore Part II

Hi all,

Today i will carry on with part 2 of Johnny's seminar in Singapore!

After listening to many personal development cds, watching many dvds and reading their books, the chance to finally see one of them in person is simply .. AWESOME!!

Johnny is someone who is very charismatic, passionate and friendly! I do not feel intimidated to walk up to him to talk and took photos.

Today i will share the rest of the notes that i managed to scribble down in my journal.

5. Adversity causes some people to break but it costs to other people to be record breaker.

Personally I like this one. Everybody goes through ups and downs in their life. The only different between those who are successful and those who are not is what they do
about it!!

6. Your greatest enemy in life is Inner-Me!

I remembered a saying that goes, "If you think that you will not make it, you are right. If you think that you can make it, you are probably right too!" Whether you succeed or not is totally depends on ourselves! Our inner voice is 100 times more powerful than outside voices.

If someone tells you that you are a loser, and you accept it, you will be a loser. But if you said "NO! I am a winner" then you will be a winner! You determine who you are!

7. You are the author of your story!

I like the way Johnny put it. We are the author of our story! We write our own script!! When something happens to us, how we react will determine how our story develope!! Problems, disappoinments, disasters happened to everybody, but there are people who emerge
victor and people who become victims! Whether we are victor or victim totally depends on how we respond! We write the script of our own life!

8. Responsibility - The ability to respond.

Responsibility is the ability to respond. Only if we can respond to problem, then we are able to solve it. If we choose to ignore or avoid it, then we are not responsible!

That's it for today. I will end today's blog with my personal favourite quote from Jim Rohn.

"If you work hard on your job, you will make a living.
If you
work hard on yourself, you can make a fortune!!"

Johnny Wimbrey in Singapore

Hi all,

As promised, tonight i will be talking about Johnny Wimbrey Seminar I have attended last friday.

Johnny is our Success University International Trainer, and he has shared the same stage with the greatest speakers on this planet in the like of Jim Rohn and Les Brown. His speech is powerful and inspiring.

Johnny and Me!!

Would like to share some of the inspiring stuff that Johnny shared with us that night.

1. Success leaves clues, so do failure!

If a person is successful in his life, we will know. Because Success leaves clue. What he has done in the past makes him who he is today! Same for failure, if a person is a failure, we would have
seen the clues in his actions.

So to become successful or failure depends on what we do!

2. Successful people do things people don't and becomes tomorrow what people won't.

A successful person will do things that normal people will not want to do. Example, while most people are out in the mall or resting at home during weekend, successful people attend seminars, work their business or attend courses these times.

3. Winning starts from within.

To win, we must work on our belief, our mind. Winning starts from within. In order to win, we must keep on improving ourselves.

4. Repetition is the mother of all skills.

As the title suggest, to become skillful in anything, repetition is the key. We keep repeating and repeating until we perfect the skill.

There are more to share which i will continue tomorrow! It is a great experience to see Johnny in person, took a photo with him, and have him authograph on his book "From Hood to
Doing Good".

So stay tune for part 2 of Johnny Wimbrey in Singapore!

Overcoming Procastination

Hi all,

From the last post, you guys can see that i have not posted for a long time.

I have been thinking everyday, telling myself to post here, but some how i just always found some reasons and excuses not to come in!!!

Perhaps it is the commitment, the thought of writing everyday scares me!! Or maybe it is just pure prcastination! No matter what, I am glad that i am getting my focus back!

Personally I am some what a perfectionist. Whenever i have decided to do something, i always want it to be perfectly done. When i decided to start this blog, I read up all the guides, tips and tricks to make it the best. And i only wanted to launch this blog when all the methods i have learnt are applied. All the keywords, RSS feeds, pinging, sales pages to link to this blog, and all the other stuff!! But as there are just too many things to do, slowly and surely, i stopped and this blog is still in my closet!!

Now i have realised that, i will never be able to launch my blog if i want it to be perfect, as it will never be able to perfect! So the key is to just launch it!! Then improve along the way.

Now my goal is to come in and write something everyday! I wanted to cultivate the habit of writing blog on a consistant daily basis. I have so much information to share with all of
you, I'm sure you will find this blog full of useful information.

Do remember to bookmark my blog!

I will be back tomorrow and i will be talking about Jonny Wimbrey!! I have just attended his seminar and there are so many things about him that i wanted to share with you!

See you tomorrow!

Cheers!!
