Secret 5 - The Power of Laughter

Laughter is best medicine to cure illnesses and removes pain.

When we are laughing, our brain releases a chemical "endorphin" which is a natural pain killer, and it also improves our immune system. Laughing can strengthen our breathing, and let our heart and lungs practice absorbing more oxygen, and having enough oxygen is very beneficial to our body.

Furthermore, laugh can help the movement of intestines, and circulate blood to all important organs.

Researches have shown that after a person has laughed, it is easier for him to concentrate, and laughing is also very efficient in reducing stress.

When you are under stress, try to look around for something that is interesting and will make you laugh. In our life, whatever we look for, we will receive it. If you look for miracles, you will be walking towards a miraculous life, but if you always think of disasters, your life will be full of them.

Everybody has experience of very depress and unhappy incident, but a few months later he can look back and joke about it to his friends. If you can laugh at the incident a few months later, why can't you see the funny side of it right at that moment when it happens? Life is like a movie, whether it is a comedy or tragedy depends entirely on YOU the director!



Secret 6 - The Power of Resting

Resting allows your body, psychology and spirit to recover. It is impossible to receive abundant health if your brain and body do not receive sufficient rest. This is a simple and yet often neglected fact.

Everything on earth, from animals, plants and even a plot of plantation requires rest. But we human always busy with our work, the pressures and stress are accumulated everyday until we always feel tired and prone to illnesses.

Proper rest in both Physiology and psychology is the fundamental of a healthy living.

It is scientifically proven that if we are relax both physically and mentally, it can reduce our body oxygen requirement by about 50%, reduce the work burden of our heart by about 30%, and at the same time reduce our high blood pressure. The research has also pointed out that after we rest, both the alertness and reaction in our brainwave will improve, and short term and long term memory also improve significantly.

A good quality sleep can reduces the possibility of headache, increases stamina and improves health condition. Therefore rest is very important in improving our family and social relationship, and even more so on personal health.

In order to receive a good rest, you must learn to relax your brain. Everyday, we must find time to stop everything we are doing, and did some pondering, contemplating and relaxes. Usually, it is difficult for most people to continuously working for more than 1 hour without losing their concentration. Therefore, every hour of working, we should give ourselves a 10 minutes break, so that our tired body and mind can relax. This is both good for our health and our work.

Sleeping is very important, and even if you sleep a lot, it does not mean you are resting well. Everybody needs 6-8 hours of sleep everyday. But a proper rest requires peaceful and Tranquil attitude, or else your brain will still keep disturbing you even when you are sleeping. Many people worry about small and insignificant things, and this will affect our rest.

There are 2 steps method that can help you to stop worrying and enter the world of tranquility.

Step 1 - Do not worry about small things in life.
Step 2 - Everything in life is small thing.

Whenever you feel stressed or tensed up, you can ask yourself this question. "In 10 years time, will anybody still cares about it?" If the answer is nobody, then this is a small thing, therefore, you should not waste time worrying about it!

Another method to ensure you have enough rest is, for every 7 days, 1 day must be used specifically for resting. This day, you must forget everything in the office, your bills or even social threats. This day is for you to enjoy with your family, release the tension that have been accumulated for the past 6 days, and have a good rest!

One more method to help you relax is Deep Breathing. The benefits of deep breathing includes helping the brain and body to relax.

All these are fundamentals of having a good rest.

10 Secrets To Abundant Health (Part 3)

Sorry guys, supposed to write this early, but too many unforeseen circumstances has resulted in the delay.

Meanwhile, I am changing the title of all the secrets, not drastically, just change the word secret to power, because after reading the story again, I realized it is more accurate to use "The Power of Nutrition" instead of "The Secret of Nutrition".


Secret 4 - The Power of Nutrition


To have abundant health, you must watch what you eat, how you eat and when you eat. You need abundant source of nutrition, to have abundant health.

1st rule to Healthy Eating - Choose Foods That Are Whole, Fresh And Non-processed.

Good nutrients are like building a house, do not get materials from bits and pieces from everywhere.

Processed foods are foods that have all its nutrients taken out, for example, white bread, white sugar and even those breakfast cereal. Most vitamins, nutrients are being removed or destroyed during the processing, leaving only sugar and starch. Although advertisement always indicated their foods are full of vitamins, what they actually did was removing all the natural nutritious ingredients, and then add in artificial vitamins into the food.

In order to receive other important nutrients which is lacking in these foods, our body will have to extract them from our own bones and systems. In the long run, our body will be depleted of all the important nutrients. Therefore, processed foods in actual fact are robbing necessary valuable resources from our body.

Non-processed foods are fruits and vegetables; Whole grain foods in like of brown rice, whole grain bread, barley, oats etc as well as beans, nuts and seeds. All these are basic healthy dietary foods, which is rich in Protein, Carbohydrate, Vitamins, Minerals and Fatty acids. If possible, organic foods are the best.

The 2nd rule to Healthy Eating - Good Nutrition Require Good Digestion.

Eating at the right time and right attitude is the key to good digestion. When you are eating, you should be in a relax mood. When you slowly chew your food, your mouth will secretes more saliva to help in breaking down the carbohydrate, and your stomach acid will be produced more easily to digest the grain type of foods.

But the most important key to healthy digestion is the time you eat. Our body Metabolism rate is much slower at night than in the day, which means that the amount of calories burn at night is lesser. That's why you put on more weight from eating large amount of food at night than in the day. Going deeper, if you eat late at night, you will not be able to get good quality sleep because your digesting system has to work over night, and your brain has to emit signals to your intestines to produce chemicals necessary for digestion, and therefore not able to rest.

When you are tired or very stressed up, your digesting system cannot function properly, and therefore it is not a good time to eat.

The 3rd rule to Healthy Eating - Never Eat Too Full!

Too much foods in your stomach will greatly reduce the efficiency of your digestion, and too much calories will produce excess fats, which in turns will caused your heart and joints to be overly burdened.

The 4th rule to Healthy Eating - 70% of What You Eat Must Be Food With More Water

Eat foods that have more water such as fruits. Earth is made up of 70% water, and human body is also made up of 70% water, so isn't it making sense to take in 70% of foods that have more water? Only water from foods are pure and clean, and not contaminated like our daily drinking water. Therefore, drinking more water is not as good as taking in foods with more water.

The 5th rule to Healthy Eating - Avoid The Five Cells Terminator.

Cells Terminator are foods that are harmful to your health, because they will destroy the cells in your body. You must avoid eating these foods, the lesser you eat, the more beneficial it is to your body.


Cells Terminator 1 - Processed Sugar


Sugar can easily destroy your teeth, and worse, it will deplete your body's important resources and damage your immune system. 6 teaspoons of sugar will reduce the number of white blood cells by 25%. The more sugar you eat, the more white blood cells that fight the germs in your body will be destroyed.

Sugar often takes the form of other foods in the like of candies, chocolates, cold drinks, pastries and biscuits. Even canned fruits and vegetables have sugar added.


Cells Terminator 2 - Chicken, Duck, Fish and Red Meat


There are repeated warnings from some researches that consumption of meat is the main cause of chronic diseases. Today almost all our meat are from animals that are raised in factories. These animals never see the daylight, and are injected with Antibiotic to prevent diseases spreading, fed with hormones for faster growth and as a result, meat from these animals are filled with all sorts of chemicals and toxins.

Organic meat are better than normal meat, but still unhealthy. Meat contains very high saturated fats which will caused the red blood cells to become sticky and block the arteries.

Contrary to common belief, meat does not give you energy. Our body required burning Carbohydrate to produce energy, but meat contains very little Carbohydrate. Instead, it contains a lot of fats and protein, and excess protein in our body produces excess Nitrogen which causes a person to become tired.

Furthermore, contrary to popular belief that meat strengthen our bones, those people who consumes a lot of meat have bones that are more fragile. This is because meat contains a lot of uric acids. Our body can remove about 8 grains of uric acids everyday, but a quarter pounder burger already contains 16 grains of uric acids. These excess uric acids will cause gout and absorb calciums from your bones.

Fish is better than meat, but it is no longer healthy food. Now our oceans are so contaminated that a government has announced that half of its fishes are found to have mutated cells. And those fishes that are rear in fish farms are just like those animals raised in factories. They are fed with antibiotics, hormones and chemicals to make their color brighter.


Cells Terminator 3 - Dairy products

There are 20% of population that is not capable of producing our own Lactase, and therefore these people are not able to breakdown the sugar in the milk - Lactose. At the same time, every 4 out of 5 person are allergy to casein.

Dairy products are the most destructive foods you ever eat. They will create large amount of sticky substance in your body, and these sticky substance will form a layer of blockage in your stomach and intestines, and this will affects the nutritions to pass through. These sticky substance will also accumulate in the lungs and easily causes breathing problems including Bronchitis and asthma. And the large amount of fats in dairy products will cause heart related illnesses.

The calcium in diary products usually cannot be properly absorbed by our body, and often accumulated at our joints and causes Arthritis. If accumulated at the arteries walls, it will caused the hardening of the arteries.

Human can received calciums from vegetables and grains. A glass of crushed Cauliflower contains more calcium than a glass of milk.


Cells Terminator 4 - Refined salt

Human body requires sodium, which can be found in a lot of vegetables and fruits, for example, tomatoes, Celery, Spinach, Sea cabbage, carrot and even strawberry.

Too much sodium is harmful. Most people have consume too much sodium from refined salt. For example, your body requires about 3000 mg of sodium, depending on your living habits, because you may lose a lot of sodium through sweating. But 1 teaspoon of refined salt contains about 2000 mg of sodium! In the long run, if a person consumes a lot of canned foods and processed foods, he will be absorbing 4-5 times more sodium than required.

Refined salt is inorganic sodium, which went through processing and bleaching. If you need to consume salt, go for sea salt as it is unprocessed and not bleached, and contains a lot of important minerals and elements our body required.

Overdose of salt will restrict oxygen from entering our body's cells, and increase the risk of high blood pressure. This is the reason why patients with heart, liver and lungs problems are prescribe with low salt diet by their doctors.


Cells Terminator 5 - Tea, Coffee and Liquor

Tea, coffee and liquor are stimulants that are harmful to our body. Both tea and coffee contain Caffeine that is addictive. The amount of caffeine in 2 cup of tea or coffee is enough to stimulate your brain and causes blood sugar to level to rise. Initially you will feel alert, but soon after your blood sugar will drop to very low and you will feel more and more tired.

If you notice, a few cups of tea and coffee will causes you to become easily nervous, heart beats faster and sometime even causes your hands to shake! Caffeine not only stimulate your nervous system and increase blood sugar level, it also causes blood pressure to increase, damage intestines, harms your kidney, and burns away all the vitamin B that are stored in your body.

Research has shown that caffeine is one of the main factor for allergy reaction, which includes losing sleep, headaches, nervous, anxious and skin allergy. Tea has another medicinal ingredient that will hinder body's absorption of iron, and resulted in Anemia.

Low amount of tea and coffee is harmless to our body. But if more than 2 cups a day, it will start hurting our body.

Wow... this is by far the longest and hardest Secret translation I have done. It took me 6 hours!!! It must be my perfectionism acting up again. But after reading again, it is important to do a thorough translation as each paragraph is equally important!

Chinese has a saying "Illness enter through our mouth", which really sums up this 4th secret.

This secret has highlighted many misconception we have on foods, and I did a further research on the internet on what it says about meat and diary products, and it is true! Let's us all improve our diet, and avoid the 5 scary Cells Terminator!!!

Quick Updates To My Translation

Hi all,

This is a quick update, for the past few days, I am very very busy offline, and had just returned from Malaysia. I owe you guys an apology for not able to update regularly.

So far I have managed to do the translation for the 4th secret of Health for 2 days, but after spending almost 3 hours, I am still not able to finish.

This particular secret is very long, and I think it is very important to translate all instead of doing a summary, therefore, please give me more time, hopefully I can finish by tomorrow.

Once again, sorry for not able to update more frequently.

10 Secrets To Abundant Heath (Part 2)

Wow.. I just realized that Part 1 of 10 Secrets To Abundant Health is my 100th post! This is amazing, imagine when I just started this blog, I was afraid that I have nothing to post!

Now this is my 101 post, let's see when I will reach my 200th post! yeah!!

Hopefully you have been trying the breathing technique, it is a bit weird initially as we not used to hold the breath so long, but after a while you will kind of get used to it. According to the book, by practicing the breathing technique, you will feel energize within 10 days!

And the only way to find out whether it is true is... yes you are right.. just do it!

Secret 3 - The Power of Exercise

Aerobic exercise refers to exercise that is of moderate intensity, undertaken for a long duration. Aerobic means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in a muscle's energy-generating process. Quick walk, jogging, cycling and swimming are good example of aerobic exercise.

Regular Aerobic exercise will lower your blood pressure and also reduce the cholesterol level in the blood. Furthermore, exercise will improve the joints movement, prevent arthritis and keep the bones healthy.

Long time without exercising will cause the muscles to shrink, poor blood circulation and causes the calcium in the bones to be drained away and resulted in Osteoporosis.

Exercise is also very important to our mental health. Most people do not know that, the less you exercise, the more you will become introvert, paranoid, stress and easily depressed. Our emotion is affected by our actions, and clinical trials had proven that exercise can help a person to release some of their distress, which includes tension and depression.

Before exercise, you must warm up to prevent injury. If you have not exercise for a long time, take it slowly, do not exercise too much, give your body time to adjust, and slowly increase the intensity over time.

Choose an exercise that you like, make yourself sweat and let your heart beat faster. Make your breathing deeper and faster. Do it everyday for at least 30 minutes and you will feel the difference within 10 days.

Today I can only managed to translate one secret. Sorry about that. There are too many terms that I need to search the internet for the correct words and in the end I took more than 1 hour just to finish this secret.

I will continue tomorrow. Meanwhile, remember to carry on with the breathing technique and start exercising everyday! (To be honest, exercise 30 minutes everyday is difficult for me, as I am already struggling for more time!)

Heath is the most important value to live an exceptional life. Without it, you cannot do anything even if you have millions of dollars, and health is the area I needed to work on most.

Everybody envy the healthy living that is full of energy. But with current level of medical science, why are there more and more terminal diseases appearing? Why are there so many people suffering from lifestyle illnesses? Other than the serious damaged environment we are living in, will it be possible that these are the results of people living against the harmony of nature?

From today onwards, I will be sharing the Secrets to abundant health, and let's applied these new learned knowledge and start living our healthy life we all deserved.


10 Secrets of Abundant Health by Adam J. Jackson

Secret 1 - The Power of Thoughts

All diseases originated from our thoughts, because your thoughts controlled your body.

Everyday we can see the effects of thoughts, e.g. Your face turns red when you are embarrassed, turns white when in shock, and when you are nervous, your palms will sweat and knees will knock!

Therefore, we can use visualization to control our thoughts, and use it to heal our body. The power of thoughts can overcome all pains, heals all illnesses, and helps you to create abundant health.

Example of visualization, a person with tumor in his brain can visualize the tumor in his head, then picture many little sharks eating away the tumor until it is completely gone. Repeat this every morning and night. You can use all kinds of visualization, you are only limited by your imagination.

There is another technique which is called the healing declaration. You declare the type of positive outcome you desire, and keep repeating this declaration over and over again everyday, until it is imprint in your mind and subconscious and becomes part of you.

By controlling your thoughts, and guiding them to the positive outcome, you will be able to cure all illnesses.


Secret 2 - The Power of Breathing

Deep breathing has great impact on our health. If you want to have a healthy body, you must learn how to breath correctly.

Breathing is necessary to sustain life. Our body can go without food for a week, few days without water, but without oxygen, we will die within minutes. Every breath we took in, we are helping our body to receive nutrients, as oxygen is the medium used in our bloodstream to transport nutrients to all parts of our body and produce energy. Therefore, to help our body to efficiently transport nutrients, we need to breath correctly.

Breathing also control our lymphatic system, which includes the white blood cells that are protecting our body against germs and virus. After the required nutrients are absorbed by our cells, the remaining toxins will be removed by our lymphatic system. There are 2 methods to improve the lymphatic system, and that is exercise and deep breathing. Research shows that with the combination of exercise and deep breathing, it can improve the efficiency of our lymphatic system by 15 times.

The following breathing technique is proven in clinical tests to having the most positive effect on improving our lymphatic system and blood circulation.

1. Breath in 1 beat
2. Hold your breath for 4 beat
3. Breath out in 2 beat

For example, if you takes 4 seconds to breath in, then you will hold your breath for 16 seconds, and use 8 seconds to breath out. Use this breathing method and repeat for 10 times. Do not force yourself, start with 3-4 seconds of breathing in, then slowly increase.

When you are breathing out, your lymphatic system is clearing the toxins in your body. And when you are holding your breath, it gives your blood ample time to fully oxidized and therefore give more energy to your lymphatic system.

After Thoughts On My Secrets Translation

I used to think that translation is an easy task. You just need to read the articles, and change it to another language, how difficult can that be?

Only until I started translating Adam J Jackson's "Secret Collection" that I realized it is not that simple as I thought.

It took me at least one and a half hour to translate 3 secrets, and sometime it can takes up to 2 hour. Many times, I got stuck at words, my mind just went blank, and no matter how I tried, just cannot find the correct words to translate. Other times, the translated sentence just sound weird, or not entirely same with the original sentences.

Guess these translations have taken a toll on me, as I usually reached home around 11pm, and after showering and clearing my emails, I have to work late into the night to do the translation, so that I can share the valuable knowledge.

Nonetheless, I am determine to finish sharing all the 4 secrets,
1. Secret of Love
2. Secret of Happiness
3. Secret of Health
4. Secret of Wealth

Now I am half way through, I will start on the other 2 secrets real soon. But as not to over tax myself, I decide to make it 1 or 2 secrets for each blog post, so that I will not spend more than 1 hour on my blog.

The good news is, I can do a more frequent and regular post of the secrets as I do not need to ensure I have 2 hours before I can start writing my blog.

10 Secrets To Abundant Happiness (Part 3)


Secret 7 - The Power of Forgiveness


A person will never be happy if he cannot forgive. Forgiveness is the key to open the door of happiness.

The passes of time will makes the anger and pain fades away, but unless you are ready to forgive, or else it can never be released from deep within your soul. The key to forgiveness is not the passes of time, but in understanding.

Try to look at the situation from the other person's perspective, everybody makes mistakes, to human is to err. If you are having hatred and unhappiness inside, the only person that will suffer is you and not the other person. You are the one who will be unhappy and even having high blood pressure because of it!

Mistakes and Failures are lessons of life, forgive yourself, forgive others.

Remember the prayer of the Indiana tribe, "Oh the almighty spirit! Let me do not judge, criticize a person, unless I have worn his deer skin shoes for more than 2 weeks."


Secret 8 - The Power of Giving

There is a saying "What else are there to the meaning of life if a person lost his soul?"

Receiving, Pursuing and Achieving will not give you happiness. Happiness can only be found from giving and providing.

Everybody has experience of helping someone without any motives or expecting any rewards, even if it is a small gesture of pointing a direction to someone who has lost his way, or helping a blind man cross the street, or giving someone honest and sincere suggestion, etc... and you feels good inside after helping, not just because the person thanks you, but because we naturally feel good when we help a person.

It is more blessed to give than to receive. When you are helping others, you are at the same time reducing your own problems and burden. The more we give, the more we will receive.

Therefore, always look for opportunity to help others, do something for them, so that you can receive even more happiness!


Secret 9 - The Power of relationships

Relationship is love without conditions. Without relationship, life will be empty. We need to speak, communicate and feels needed. We all need each other.

The quality of your relationship is the quality of your life!

When you are with your loved ones, you will feel happier during happy moments, and when you are down and depress, they will make you feel better. For example, you always feel better after telling somebody your problems, even if the other person does not offer any suggestions or helps.

Nobody can endure isolation. We all need relationships. Relationships enrich our life, and when you share happiness, you will receive more happiness, and when you share problems, it will makes the problems less painful.

Treat everyone as if you will never going to see them again. For example, if you think that you will never going to see your wife or girlfriend again, will you let her go without kissing or hugging them?? Will you say goodbye to her without resolving your quarrels? Will you let her leave without telling her how important she is to you? For your family and friends and colleagues, if you know that you will not going to see them again, will you try your best to make it amiable? Will you try to avoid leaving with a sour relationship with them?

Do not leave regrets.


Secret 10 - The Power of Confidence

Confident is the foundation of Happiness.

Whatever you do, you must have confidence in yourself and others. For example, when you are driving, you must have confidence in your car's engine to be working fine, while you are on the road, you must have confidence in your own driving skills, and at the same time, you must have confidence in other road users to be driving carefully, we must have a lot of confidence just to drive a car! Therefore just to live our life without fears and anxieties, we need to have a lot of confidences!

There is one confident that we need most, and that is faith.

Faith gives you hopes and courage. It is the trust in the unknown, the belief and confidence that helps you tide over crisis and calamities, give you the strength to overcome uncertainties, anxiety, fear, depression and gives you the inner peace.

Therefore believe and trust that there is someone up there who is always looking after you.

There is only 1 person who can makes you happy or unhappy, and that person is YOU!

10 Secrets To Abundant Happiness (Part 2)

Hi guys, hope you all have benefit much from the first 3 secrets of Abundant Happiness. Today I like to continue with the next 3 secrets. Do give me your comments ya.


Secret 4 - The Power of Body

Movement Affects Emotion.

When you are feeling depress, the best method to make yourself feels better is GOYB (Get Off Your Backside) When you are doing something else, it brings your thoughts away from the problem and change your feelings towards it.

Exercise can relief stress and at the same time release a chemical that makes a person feels happy. Therefore, exercise regularly everyday for 30 minutes will makes you a happier person!

Your posture will affects your feelings, and correct posture will create the element for happiness. Emotions and postures affect each other. When you are feeling down, your shoulder will slump. A simple change of posture by pulling back the shoulder will immediately makes you feels better!

You can use anchoring to link to happy feelings. Think of a happy moment in the past, and when you are feeling the joy and happiness of that moment, do a simple action, e.g. pulling your left ear. Then repeat this process many times. This exercise helps to link the happy feelings with your action of pulling your left ear. So next time whenever you pull your left ear, you will be reminded of the happy feelings and immediately feels better.

Foods affect our ways of feeling. Avoid coffee, tea and alcohol as they are stimulants that makes us feels depress. Sweet stuff like white bread, cakes and chocolate, due to the large amount of sugar will make us feel easily tired and angry. Artificial additives will makes us feel depress as well. Eat large amount of fresh fruits, vegetables and those unshelled grains and nuts.

One important ingredient for having good mood is sunlight! Without sunlight, people will get depress easily. Therefore if possible, go into the sun for 1 hour everyday.


Secret 5 - The Power of Goals

Goals give our life meaning and direction. Only after we have goals can we focus on pursuing our happiness and instead of avoiding our pains.

Goals give us the motivation to wake up in the morning. It makes difficult periods of our life easier to endure and pass, while making our happy times more enjoyable!

We can use the "Rocking Chair" technique to help us decide our life goals. "Rocking Chair" technique is to imagine that when you are very old, and sitting on the rocking chair thinking back your whole life, what do you wish to remember? What are the things that you wanted to accomplish? What are the places you wanted to have visited? What kind of relationship do you enjoyed? And the most important is, what kind of person do you wish to be?

Write down all your long term and short term goals. Read them once first thing in the morning when you wake up! Read them again during daytime, and one more time before you go to sleep at night. Repeat everyday!

Remember to repeat the "Rocking Chair" technique exercise every 2 years to ensure that your goals are still valid.


Secret 6 - The Power of humor


Humor can release tension ,reduce our stress and create the happy feeling.

Laugh can increase our level of focus and improve our ability to solve problems. Manilan University once did an interesting experiment. 2 groups of people were given some problems to solve. Before they were given the test, one group was asked to watch a 30 minutes educational video, while the other group was asked to watch a 30 minutes comedy. At the end of experiment, the group that watched the comedy solved their problems on average 3 times faster than the other group!

For any experience, if you insist on finding an interesting aspect of it, you will find it. Do not ask "how scary is this experience?", instead ask yourself "How interesting is this experience?" or "How interesting can this experience be?"

There are incidents when at the time that it happened, you felt angry and embarrassed. But few weeks later, you can joke about it to your friends. Therefore, if you can find the interesting and funny part of the incident few weeks later, why not find it immediately?

There is a 2 steps secret recipe to reduce stress. Stage 1 is, do not worry about small issues. And step 2 is, almost everything is small issue! ;P

Whenever we asked someone what he wanted most from life, often the answer is "Happiness". And yet, there are so many unhappy souls out there.

Everyday we are stress with our work, our relationship and our finance.

The 10 Secrets of Abundant Happiness shares the secrets that help us lead a happy life. It isn't that difficult to be happy, as long as we learn and practice the secrets.

Secret 1 - The Power of Attitude

When we are growing up, we are always negative or pessimistic towards problems we encountered, and this will resulted in our unhappiness. When you encounter problems or having stress, ask yourself this 3 questions
1. What is the best thing about this problem?
2. Are there any rooms for improvement to make it even better?
3. How do I savage this problem and find happiness in the process?

Gratitude is the seed for happiness. To be truly happy, we must feel gratitude.

Whether you are happy or not depends on your thoughts and not the environment. Therefore, you can control your happiness by controlling your thoughts.



Secret 2 - The Power of Living In The Present

Happiness is not found by searching it for years, months, weeks or even days. It is found at that particular moment in life. When you laugh or smile, that very moment is the moment when you are feeling the happiness. Unlike money, computers, cars, jewelry where all these can be easily duplicated, a happy moment captured by photograph can never be reproduced.

Our memories are made up of many special moments piece together. Therefore do our best to collect more of such special moments, so that we can have a very happy sweet memories.

Living in the present can help you overcome anxiety, remove unnecessary worries and reduce stress. You only focus on the task on hand right now, you do not think of past mistakes, neither do you think of all the possible outcomes, therefore you do not get distracted and worry unnecessary.

Therefore, to lead a happy perfect life, just focus on making every moment of life worthwhile.

Remember, everyday is a new beginning, a new life!



Secret 3 - The Power of imagination


You are only as old as you think you are!

You are what you think you are! If you are not happy with yourself, then you will be unhappy for the rest of your life. Therefore, if you want to have a happy life, you have to be happy with yourself first! Ask yourself what are your favorite features? Or what are the things that you are good at?

Everybody is unique and special. Do not forget that we are all champions as we beat 3 billions other competitors to get born into this world! :P

Others are like a mirror to us. We always perceive ourselves from how the others view us. But remember this, they are distorted mirrors. What we see through them are distorted due to their perception, bias and unfair judgment. Therefore, do not be affected by their skewed perception of you!

To overcome the negative values and conflicting feelings of yourself, and to create positive self image, you must first find out the origins of these problems, and whether they are true. Try to change and correct those negativities that are true.

Everyday, recite to yourself the positive affirmation, telling yourself what you wish to become. Then behave as if you are what you have been wishing.

Dreams Come True

I have just received this story from jobstreet.com and I would like to share it with you, before his 3rd match on August 9.

As long as we persevere and do not give up, no matter what happens, no matter what people said, no matter how impossible the situation looks, as long as we keep pursuing our dreams, we will have our Dreams Come True.

This is the stuff of movies: a young man, in the face of personal and professional challenges, struggles against the odds and finally achieves his dreams.

Naozumi "Nao" Tsuchiyama, a 26-year-old Japanese language instructor whose right leg was amputated as a child and now wears a prosthetic, had always wanted to become a boxer.

To do so, he needed a boxing license but was denied this in his home country on account of his physical condition. So, he went abroad but even then it wasn't easy for him.

The first time he applied for a boxing license from the Games and Amusement Board (GAB) in the Philippines, he was rejected because his condition was deemed not fit for boxing. Medical examinations showed otherwise, but the GAB would not budge.

Last August, he took part in a trial fight in the Philippines where he impressed the GAB officials in attendance. Despite a favorable recommendation from these representatives who were impressed with his performance, the GAB still rejected his application.

Undeterred, Nao persisted and flew to South Korea to take part in the World Boxing Association's annual conference. He returned to the Philippines with the assurance that there is no international policy preventing him from fighting professionally. This time around, the GAB relented and gave him his license.

Nao will be fighting his third match in the Philippines on Aug 9. JobStreet.com is proud to support Nao's endeavor.

As my book is with my girlfriend currently, I am not able to start the 10 Secrets of Happiness until tomorrow.

Today I will share the last 4 secrets of abundant love. I hope that these 10 secrets that I shared from the book of "10 Secrets To Abundant Love" will help you find your true love and have a lasting and loving relationship. ^_^


Secret 7 - The Power of Communication

The biggest problem that most people had is not because they cannot love, but because they do not know how to express and communicate their love.

Once we learned how to openly and sincerely communicate, our whole life will change. If you love someone, go and communicate with her. Let them know that you love them, and you are grateful to them. Never ever be afraid to say out this 3 words "I LOVE YOU".

Always grab the chance to praise her whenever you can. Always tell your loved ones that you love them before leaving, because you never know that this might be your last time seeing them.


Secret 8 - The Power of Commitment

If you want to receive everlasting abundant love, you have to be committed to it. Whether you are committed to a relationship reflected in your thoughts and actions.

Every relationship have their good times and bad times. When going through the bad times, only commitment and promises will give them the strength to overcome all the obstacles and problems. Therefore commitment is the test of true love.
